Suddenly hearing the knock on the door, she practically ran to the door. She swung it open and saw Danny. She was too shaken up to process that she was in pajamas with bed head in front of the boy she liked. "I'm gonna say something weird, okay?" she said suddenly. "I am really super not good with the night time. I get really bad dreams. Is it... Would it..." she blushed and looked down at the floor. "Would it be okay if I slept with you, just this one night? Dakota got into her bed and moved over to the side as far as possible to give him room. She already felt a little more at ease with him around.
