Yes, it's for honoring universal African-American heritage. It's celebrated in the USA (not sure if it is in other countries, too).

Once more, like the Friesan, it is really well made, but I am not a fan of the mane. ^^; I am still very much looking forward to the last horse, and definitely want to see that pony grow.

I'm dying for the pony to grow. I've been watching and waiting uber intensely for a fjord, and it's looking like this is the litter of constantly asked for breeds so I'm hopeful.
