Her phone buzzed while in her pocket.

She eventually woke up and grabbed her phone. She sat against the wall, slightly scared.

Cadence sat down beside her putting the back of his head to the wall closing his eyes, "sorry."

Kay woke up and stretched. "we trusted you." she hissed threw her teeth.

Cadence snapped his eyes open and glared at her, "ya! to not kill you! and are you dead? no! but I would be if I showed you guys how to get here!"

She stared at her black phone screen blankly. She flicked her bangs out of her face and glanced at him, then back at her phone. "A warning would've been nice. 'Oh, hey. I don't wanna die so I'm going to tranquilize you.' instead of 'shots darts," SUPRIZE!"" She said, looking back at him.

Cadence looked at them glaring, "oh yeah sure CJ! cause you wouldn't think I was crazy! you would have made fun of me like everyone else! you would have left and I would be stuck with no friends! again!" he yelled harshly and jammed his ear plugs into his ears and turned it all the way up. listening to the song who we are he stared with hateful and hurt eyes at the other wall.

Kay flinched and got up.

"I wouldn't run or hide. I'd let you! Why? Because I know damn well what it feels like to be left without friends, family, and laughed at!" she said, her eyes tearing up slightly. She never cried, so this meant something to her. "I'd never make fun of someone, and I'm crazy myself!" she said, eyes full of anger and hurt.

Cadence pulled his earbuds out and got up, "you think I knew that CJ!? I just moved here! ya! you know what it feels like cause your a beautiful girl who has no friends! right! sure CJ! sure!" he said quietly.

Case's eyes widened and she scrambled out of the hovercraft after it landed. it was better when Cadence was yelling. when he was quite he was beyond pissed.

"I moved here after my parents were murdered. My sister was all I had left. I cut. I was alone. My sister was all I had. People called me 'the one freak from Gorgia'. You and Kay are my first friends after living her for 3 years!" she said, her tears spilling. She rolled up her sleeves, reveling many scars. She curled onto the floor and closed her eyes, letting her tears run down her cheeks. She hadn't cried in 3 years, and in a way it felt like relief.

Cadence crouched by her. he picked up her head and whipped the tears off her cheeks with his thumbs. his gaze softened. "don't cry..." he said softly not knowing what to do. when he cried he couldn't walk. so he picked her up, supporting her back with one arm, and holding under her knee's with the other.

Kay tried to hind her smile and she chuckled slightly.
