"I'm fine, I'm fine! You don't need to baby me, I've survived worse." That was only half true. Nick gently pushed her hands away from his face, it still bright red. It would be a miracle if he went five seconds without messing something up.

Runa held her hands up defensively "Sorry, not trying to baby you, but a concussion can be fatal" she said. She then unfolded the bounty letter, quickly skimming it, a giant, simple enough, and at Bleakwind Basin too, not far from here. She handed Nick the bounty letter and began walking towards the gate, the only thing that worried her was the possibility of more than one giant, they may not be smart but they were dangerous in numbers.

Nicholas followed her back out the gates. "You know where Bleakwind Basin is, right? Because we're kinda screwed on the bounty if you don't." He said, rubbing his head. Nick didn't know Skyrim's layout well at all. He'd only been here for about a week so far, snd spent most of that time in Falkreath.

Burrows-In-Sand nodded in understanding. "Ah. That reminds me of the Arena, only with wolves instead of humans," she observed, sniffing in disgust. She allowed the wolf to give her hand a few quick licks, then pulled it away, stretching. "Where's the water at?" she questioned, looking around and seeing none of the aforementioned water.

Jellal smiled kindly, pointing to another area with the heated pond. He took off his cloak and sighed, sitting on a nearby rock.

Runa nodded "I've lived here all my life, I know most of this place by memory" she said as they walked through the gate. "Don't worry it's not far, it'll probably take us about a fifteen minutes to get there as long as we don't run into any interference" she said looking up at him, by now the redness in his face had faded. Knowing the place well was the only advantage to living here all her life, she yearned to see the rest of Tamriel, Skyrim got so...boring after a while.

"Have you ever visited anywhere outside of Skyrim before?" Nicholas asked her. He hadn't really seen much of Tamriel himself. He'd been to Bruma in northern Cyrodiil, but that was about it. Nick didn't really get out much, but Runa must have been out more than he had.

the other woman spoke about her ill dog, which did make laverna feel bad. she considered offering one of her dogs for sale, but it took so long to gain their respect. "i must go speak with maven black briar. she has friends who know everything about our local dogs. perhaps they could help you." she offered. maven did have guard dogs around, but people didn't typically see them. but maven had to have the connections to keep information flowing. anything to get another link to the world. she did worry, though as maven might blow her cover. hopefully the noble would recognize that she wasn't in outfit, and address her as katerina. but what would this woman do if she knew that she was actually a thief? after all, the girl was untouchable. she was about ti simply waltz up to maven black briar and as for a job.
