Clovermist put the moss in its spot then padded out of the den. She saw BirdLight trying to wipe the sleep from her eyes. She padded over to her "Didn't want to wake up today?" She purred in amusement.

The leader shook her head, biting off a piece of the rabbit and swallowing. "I haven't been out hunting lately. But it's good to hear that the prey is running." she replied.

BirdLight chuckled, shaking her pelt and standing up. "I could sleep for a moon. But it might be good go hunting." She replied, yawning.

Seeing as MapleWish didn't need to get up in the morning, she was still dozing off, planning to eat later after she had gotten her rest.

"Well I'm not good at chasing after prey...but my eyesight is pretty good." She meowed plainly. She had never been that quick to catch prey but even since when she was a kit she could always see farther than her parents.

Dragon padded along through the forest, ears pricked. Her lanky frame slipped easily in between the thick brush.

The BirdLight was not aware she was being stalked, and continued speaking to CloverMist. "Sure! But maybe later, it looks like WhiteTalon and SparrowStar are about to go out. Do you want to head on a border patrol with me, then?"
