Okay, again you guys have made it freaking hard to judge xD But that's good, because that means whomever this zver goes to will be a good home.

Now, on to the results.
The winner of this zver created a form that certainly contained all of the requirements. Perhaps the thing that drew me most to this application was not only the zver's personality and actions, but those of the companion. This application made me chuckle several times while I was reading it, something that I personally look for when I'm judging(not just laughter of course, but any sort of strong emotion that connects me to the story in a deeper way).
Therefore, this zver will belong to Jinx.

I feel a connection with this pretty girl myself, so I focused my attention on characteristics within the personality and story that called to me. Jude's fearlessness and stubborn actions, even in the face of Owen(who I felt was a very believable character so kudos to you on that as well) throwing a rock at her, and then her insistence on sleeping in his makeshift bed certainly amused me.
Congratulations Jinx! I hope you take good care of her, she's a special zver for sure <3
