Frostclaw couldn't believe it, she felt as if she could cry if she had time. She had never really witnessed a flood but she hoped she never had to see one again, two of her clan mates were hurt, well not really hurt but they weren't well, lets put it at them, she thought. And as she climbed down from her spot in the tree with her fur still soaked and matted, she stopped and sat down still in shock at what had happened and how fast it was, and then just like that it was over. And with leaf-bare coming nearer each night, how could they recover in time?

Blackfang wasn't happy, to say the least. All their hard work was gone, and with leafbare approaching quickly, he didn't know how they would last it. He knew that the first things they would need is food and medicinal herbs. He would leave the herbs t the other due to not having a clue about collecting them, so he continued on his way to their hunting grounds, hoping that it wasn't flooded as well.

Leafpaw jumped out of her nest. All full of energy. She coughed again. She shook her pelt. Licking her fur to keep dry. "Hey Larksong! " She saw that Larksong had tansy in her jaws. "Oh, you were going to give me those herbs...I was just sleeping. I'm fine. I was knocked out but, I'm fine." She continued licking her fur.

The tabby tom looked around, relieved that the flood water had start departing. ''Apparently they did want a change,'' he agreed with Dawncloud. ''I didn't think the the flood water would go down that quickly.''
