Doc - Tag: Everyone

Doc seemed to be a bit out of it before he heard Miles's voice and jumped a bit. His eyes became more alert before he saw the concerned faces of everyone around him. Then, he looked at Finn. "Finn...I think I had a vision..." He murmured to the spy car. It had caught him by complete surprise, but at the same time, he seemed to be shaken up.

"A vision?" Was all Shadow could repeat to start with, her gaze falling onto Doc. He did seem to be coming out of it, to which she crawled a little bit closer. As Miles's voice seem led to bring him out of it, she still watched in concern, noticing Dusty next to her now. "Are you ok? You.. don't feel unstable right?" She fussed a little here, making sure he was ok before everyone pounced with the questions. She glanced to Dusty here. "Well I can only really hope that we can take something from this...." she said in worry. Seemed visions were taking place left right and centre!!

Doc - Tag: Everyone

Doc nodded at Shadow's question. "I'm fine. Just a bit shaken up, that's all." He replied. "I will admit, I hadn't expected that to happen." At her next comment, Doc sighed. "I hate to disappoint, but there wasn't much to gain. Although I did end up in the same place Dusty first described. There was no sign of the car in his vision in mine though..." Doc trailed off here, his mind seeming to wander a bit. He looked down, a bit saddened by his vision.

"I...In my vision...I saw...my twin sister...who has been dead for years now..." Doc murmured as he closed his eyes. The memories of her death had been brought back, and with this recent vision, they were even harder to put behind him now.

[Dusty Crophopper]

"Really? Your dead sister?" Dusty asked with a gasp. "Huh... that's the second time someone deceased has shown up... what if like... what if..." Dusty gulped here. "What if Carew can control the dead or... something!" he said, eyes going wide at this.

"What?" Miles asked, recoiling a bit. "But that doesn't even make any sense! Who could control the DEAD? if he's telepathic, maybe he just read our minds and is using that against us! He would know about those... in our past who have passed on... and he could be using their memory or something to torment us!"

"Maybe..." Finn said thoughtfully. "Anything that could help us identify where this takes place?" he asked, not wanting to crowd Doc but knowing it was probably inevitable in this case.

Dusty shuddered at the thought, and shook his front. "But why toy with us? I mean he knows we're meeting him tomorrow... so why toy?" he asked no one in particular.

Doc - Tag: Everyone

Doc shook his front at Finn's question. "There was nothing. I could only see what I was told about. I just saw the spire-like rocks and I do recall there being a bluish glow everywhere, but that is it." He replied sadly. "My mind was too focused on my sister. She did do something though. She offered me the chance to join her, which I never expected. I did refuse though, because I didn't want to leave Lightning alone again."

He sighed at this point. "Why would we see deceased cars and planes? I mean, it doesn't make any sense. I don't know if Dusty saw anyone who was deceased, but so far, me and Otter have, and both of them had been close to us in some way. Otter had his deceased comrade, who died because of an accident that took Otter out of the military, and then I had my twin sister appear to me, and she died because of a mugging when I was in my second year of racing." Doc felt the words his sister had told him pierce his heart, but he tried to hide it, not knowing it was visible on his face still.

"Maybe he can control the dead..." Aeris stated shyly, speaking almost too quietly for the others to hear. "Why else would the deceased be able to say things they normally wouldn't...? A-And... they... they keep repeating red will replace blue... w-whatever that means..." He paused for a moment, debating on what he was going to say next. The small hybrid rarely ever said much in the first place so this was new. "I think......... I think that he's... choosing those that are c-close to the target... targeting something or someone with sentimental value is a hard blow...... its even worse if something tragic happened to them."

Everyone's ideas swam through her mind, trying to focus on Doc to begin with, reaching out a tire to pat him slightly on the side. Her head was now elsewhere, though she tried her best to be coherent. "It's.. It's ok... We're all here." She said to him, trying to remain focused, unsure as to whether these dreams were either a warning sign or an invitation. Her oil froze at Dusty's suggestion, looking to him slowly, fear dancing through her eyes. "The dead?!" She half questioned here, though tried her best to remain calm. "So... say he can.... what... what could he do with this....." She shivered a little, before rapidly turning to Finn. He knew. He knew about the members of her family which were now dead. "Finn... say it's not true... It can't be.... What if.... What can.... he do?" She almost cried to him, her eyes searching his in a desperate manner, a strange fear gripping her. She didn't care if she was an agent and supposed to remain calm. She was scared. This whole thing was scary. And it gripped her just like it had when she'd.... ran. She reversed back a little and bit her lip, looking to the floor.

Though upon Aeris speaking up, Shadow looked to him, his idea making a lot of sense. IT DID seem like he was targeting what meant a lot to those whom where getting visions... "I would agree with Aeris.... but that doesn't explain Dusty's vision. He saw Carew himself... I dont think that was a hard blow to him..." SHadow frowned. "But... I think Aeris is on to something here..." She backed him up, reversing a little from the group now, as a means of clearing the air.

Spray - Everyone

Spray's eyes went wide as he heard the conversation. If that were the case, then would, and could, this guy do the same for him? He just didn't know. As it was, he was still a bit paranoid himself about his past, and only a select few knew of it, and for a good reason.

But he brushed it aside and looked Shadow and the others over.

"If that is the case, then we need to be careful," he said seriously. "And we need to be ready for if any one of us has another vision. Any new information gleaned is a bit more than we didn't have currently."

[Dusty Crophopper]

Dusty listened to the words whirling about him, trying to make sense of it. "Well... it was just a... suggestion. I mean you know... what Aeris said... targeting those close to us... didn't really line up in my case, but I don't really have... anyone I've lost." Dusty pointed out. His eyes went wide here. "But speaking of Otter... Blade does! He lost... his good friend years ago! I wonder if... I wonder if Blade would have a vision at some point too!" He brought up now.

Finn looked Shadow over as she began to panic, asking him if it wasn't true, and what exactly could he do? "I-I haven't the slightest idea, Agent Shadow!" Finn replied. "I wish I could answer that but... I really don't know! I haven't experienced anything myself like that! And not once on assignment have I EVER been subjected to anything close to resembling this! Just... stay calm! If he CAN... we wouldn't be able to stop it anyway until we knew more about it!" he pointed out to her here.

"All right, all right!" Miles called, trying to get order now. "So we know that... SOMEHOW... we're all starting to have visions! So far no one outside our group has reported them... so like... what can we deduce from this? If it IS Carew... he's targeting us specifically then. He knows we're coming... maybe... so this could all be a trap anyway."

"But it's our only shot to get at him." Finn said now. "It's an opportunity and we have to take it. We'll have trained agents with Crophopper and trained agents with myself. If he wishes to spring a trap, I say let him try!" the Faultless said defiantly. "I've dealt with situations like this before in my time. No real reason to hold back."

"So... we just go in... and we do this." Dusty nodded here, gulping. "I mean what could... what could go wrong... right?" he asked, looking hopefully around him.

Spray pursed his lips. "Okay. But still... I doubt it's gonna be as easy as it sounds. I... I just don't want any harm to come to you guys..." he said softly. His eyes locked onto Dusty and he looked back at the others. "Because who knows what this guy is truly capable of."

His brown eyes flicked down to his hood, to one certain spot. "I've never really had a case like this before, either. And... after what Agent Dennison said... I'm beginning to wonder if he... if Carew has compromised my superiors somehow..."

'I just hope my team isn't compromised either...' he thought worriedly.
