-sighs- when your Hackney team works so hard to keep upping the GP, and staying semi close with the top to have one of our new members decide they don't like hackneys anymore and release the top BLUP they had and sold one to a friend and now have a team literally trailing you now.. Meh. Sales release was 4050, and the dumped out was 4490 (something of the sort).

You don't need anything but a bit of equus, AP horses to farm for APs, and occasionally a ZLB.. Nothing to it :p My account, actually, is literally dedicated to letting my teammates use my APs and stuff so we don't have a strain since I have quite a few. Plus All I do is collect GAs/RCs.. Not much else my account is for xD

You don't need anything but a bit of equus, AP horses to farm for APs, and occasionally a ZLB.. To become a part of a team, you either must be a VIP, and create your own, or ( on the international server, at least) You fill out applications for which ever teams, and if they decide to accept you as a trial, you do a couple blups and then you may become a full member (get your own BLUPs on your own account etc.). A lot of the 'application' part is because looking for good memebers. Like my team, we're a LOT more flexible. We can help you build up an AP farm, teach you how to blup a Hackney, that sort of thing.

To answer the hard work part; YES. Well.. sometimes. It depends if you're on a competitive team or not. Ours is competitive, but we're also laid back. Some are very strict, you get like 'strikes' and stuff, will exclude you.. it gets a little ridiculous sometimes. Some aren't even competitive and just breed with a group of people under one affix, really.
Some teams even spend tons of money (Real life money, that is) to buy passes and M Arms, etc just to stay on top..

I just figured most teams would want to stay close to the top and w/o m arms or aging points & passes that would be pretty tough
