What is a Trail Blazer?

Trail Blazers are spiritual entities that are guided by their tails. When born, Trail Blazers do not have a fiery tail, only the patch of gems on their shoulder. Depending on the gem color, the flames will retain that color as the form. That way, you can tell what color a TB's flame will be before it forms.
A Trail Blazer will wander the universe in the form of a figure of mist until it has found the person it was meant to be with. At birth, a TB is randomly paired with some human in the Galaxy. As they grow older, they start communicating over long distances to their human using telepathy, until they eventually grow their flame, which allows them to travel to their soulmate.
Trail Blazers treat their companion with respect and follow them around, acting like a scared-y cat around other humans. They only form a bond with that human, and will reject any other option of companionship, including a mate. After their companion passes, they travel the universe alone, refusing to grow close to anyone.

➤All have a forked tongue (unless a special edit)

Rarities:

Common: No edits. Normal palette.
Uncommon: Minor edits, Accesories. Hair is included.
Rare: Major edits
Very Rares: Major edits, Gem color is different than flame color. Can only be made for 100s and by me, the owner.

Things to know-

If a Trail Blazers tail flame goes out at any time, they must leave their companion and find a shrine that rekindles the flame, before returning home.

Trail Blazers are immortal, they live forever.

They are the size of a big house cat.

They can fly, float, and even breathe fire after their flame forms.

In the rare instance when two Trail Blazers want to mate, they will combine their mystical flames together into a form of a crystal egg and journey to "The Shrine". They will leave their egg by the shrine, allowing its energies to give the egg life, which hatches into a new TB.

TBS do not have ears or a nose. Since they are spirits, they do not need to breathe, and they can hear all through their flames. (Strange, right?)

No stealing the species.
Do not make your own TBs.
You may own up to 5 TB's for now.
You must mark the main thread before adopting.
Very Rare TBs may only be made by me.
Things like the Fanclub, Archive, and other official species thread may only be created and run by staff.

Oh, maybe later then? Also is there a limit on how many trailblazers I can make? They're fun to make, and what's the deal with customs for non-staff?

These things are all going to be up front, but tbs are still being developed, so don't worry! ^^

Non-staff cannot make customs unless a staff gifts them their with my permission.

As an official artist, you can make as many as you want!

I am an artist, when do I get a custom?

You may make a custom after atleast 3 Adoptables have been designed by you.

Were do I go to readopt my TB?

Simply post that it is up for readoption, color it in to form a new drawing, and host the contest there!

How many warnings and strikes do I get?

3 warnings, 3 strikes.

May I add edits to my TB?

Only if they are small and you get my permission.
