I just googled Java Ferns, as I hadn't heard of them before, and they are sooo cute omg!
I wanna buy a tonne and put them everywhere in my house.

I guess the biggest issue is finding jars big enough for them? Because 13 inches is quite big.
I'm guessing you've grown them/are growing them? Is there a way to avoid them outgrowing their container?

Haha~ Craft stores sell really cute jars that are normally inexpensive, so I'll buy one they can grow into and feed a bit of liquid fertilizer every week or so. The ones I use are normally tall but thin, and I have them on my dresser, nightstand, bookshelves, and desk because they fit just about everywhere for me. I have smaller jars, too, for the babies, and they haven't outgrown them...yet. They shoot upwards more than outwards, as far as I've seen.

I'm glad you all like them so much! I'll have to rummage around for a camera that'll take a good picture. I'm currently surrounded by them! The mature plants are constantly reproducing, and the little ones are so precious ♥

thanks!! i unfortunately can't grow mosses, so none at the moment ;(. my parent's won't let me get any plants at the moment, which isn't very fun.
