Strides-In-Snow
After a moment of throbbing pain in his head, Strides-In-Snow slowly got to his feet. He used his palm to rub his eyes, taking a moment to clear his foggy head. Slowly, he stumbled up the stairs and made it to the room he had rented. He fell onto the bed, not bothering to change his mead-soaked shirt. Tomorrow's gonna suck. Was the last thing he thought before he drifted off into a dreamless slumber.

Nicholas decided he may as well find a cave or something to spend the night in, and prayed a cave bear or a troll wouldn't try to kill him in the process. Or he could hire a carriage to take him to Markarth or Whiterun, if there was a carriage in Falkreath. Nick leaned again a tree, planning his next move. The giddy feeling the mead had given him was wearing off, leaving a pounding headache in its wake and making his head feel like it was swimming in troll fat. He could hardly think straight.

Strides-In-Snow
"Ugh, my head. . ." Strides-In-Snow groaned, rolling over over on his bed. He had a massive headache. With another groan, he hauled himself off of the bed and looked down in disgust at his mead-soaked shirt. It almost made him cringe. So, he made his way to the small dresser, opening it up. He changed his clothes, and, feeling much better, he walked downstairs. With a nod of greeting to the others that sat in The Bannered Mare's lobby, he bought himself a bottle of wine and a loaf of bread. He stuffed them in his knapsack, heading out the door.

laverna mors
"the mystery woman"
unknown
location ;; riften
doing ;; who knows
the young thief woke, standing from her bed and looked about. ah yes, she had come back to her cabin last night. three dogs lay, guarding their master diligently. she pulled a black chef's dress on, stuffing her lightest armor into a backpack unceremoniously. she carefully laid arrows in the backpack, and her treasured daedric blade, enchanted with fire. she wanted nothing more than a drain health enchantment added on, but nobody would do it for her. she made sure she had a hilt around it before closing her bag. she then belted her razor, given to her by mehrunes, one of the many daedra that she worshiped. she carefully crossed her cabin, pulling on shoes. "heel." she commanded the three wolf hounds that lay on the floor, awaiting her command. they instantly leaped to their feet and followed her. she pulled on her backpack and walked out the door. after the dogs exited, she turned, locking her cabin very carefully. of course, it wasn't always her cabin. a raven horse waited for her outside. the thief threw a saddle on the horse carefully. she pulled a bridle on her head, securing all the fastenings. the young girl leapt on the horse's back and kicked it into a trot, hearing her dogs following behind. she stopped, turning the horse suddenly and walked back to her cabin. she unlocked it, quickly grabbing her dragon bone bow, and stuffed some stolen dragon bones and scales in her pack, which she held loosely in her hand as she locked the cabin and quickly got back on her horse. "let's go!" she urged, kicking the horse forward. she wanted to get to riften, she needed to get her bow fixed, and fast. the horse picked up a quick canter, and her dogs followed quickly.
finally she made it to riften. she put the horse in the stables outside and walked up to the gates. "there's a visitor's tax." the guard growled, holding her.
"and if you know what's good for you you'll waive it." laverna threatened. the guard was intimidated by the small girl, surprisingly enough. laverna waltzed through the gate, making her way to the smith, a reliable enough man. "oi! you need to fix this for me, man. i'll pay you when it's done." she commanded. she handed him her bow and the dragon bones and scales.
"where did you get these?" he mused.
"don't worry about it." she offered. but he took her commission. "thank you." she spoke. she walked away, walking into the black briar meadery, sitting at the front counter and looking at the argonian who ran the place. "hey, man." she spoke. recognition crossed his face and laverna smiled. yes, she had friends in very high places here.

Strides-In-Snow
Squinting against the bright sunlight, Stride carefully made his way down the stairs. His eyes shifted from person to person, his tail swishing in contentment. As it was still early in the morning, not many were out. Out of the many shops, only one stand was open; the fresh fruit and vegetables. Ah, how he loved fruit. But, between the alcohol costs and rent, he had no money to spare on such luxuries. And he was definitely not giving up his room in The Bannered Mare or the mead and wine. Suddenly, a brilliant idea ran through Stride's head. He casually made his way to the stand, picking up two apples. "Are these all hand picked?" He asked the shopkeeper. To his joy, she was busying herself with organization and her stock book. Perfect. The argonian opened his knapsack and slid the two apples in, glancing up at the woman. Now, this was Stride's problem. He could have gotten off with the two apples. But once the rush of stealing set in, he couldn't stop himself. So, foolishly, the argonian slid some leeks into his bag. And then a cabbage. He was reaching for a gourd when the shopkeeper grabbed his hand. "Thief!"
"Let go of me!" Stride hissed, yanking his hand away from her grip. As soon as he heard the call of the Whiterun guards Stride took off. He swiftly kicked off the ground, propelling himself down the stairs and toward the city gate. He shoved past an orphan- Lucia, and hit the city gate face first. It took him very little time to recover, and he slid out the gate soon after.

Runa casually walked into the small town of Falkreath, hood up and mask on concealing her face. She had no particular goal at the moment, probably just pickpocket some people, maybe break into the Jarl's longhouse. She stopped for a moment spotting her first target, a dark-haired Breton who looked a bit drunk. She slowly made her to the tree he was leaning against, crouching on the opposite side. She crouched down and reached around the tree, gently slipped her fingers into his pocket feeling for anything that could be of value.

The only thing that could have possibly been of any worth was what felt like a gemstone of sorts, though not like any the pickpocket would have come across before. It was warm to the touch and incredibly smooth on one side, but before she could discern anything more the Breton caught her. "Get your hand out of my pocket before I cut it off." Other than the threat, he didn't seem hostile or the kind of person who'd call the guards on her.
