I've said these theories so many times. I'll just quote them XD

I'm excited to see who Sardonyx is.
I personally believe the tumblr theory that it's the fusion of Jasper and Peridot.
The reasoning behind it is actually pretty factual.
- Jasper is closely related to Sardonyx in the real world
- Both Peridot and Sardonyx are birthstones for the month of August.
Though it may also be a permanent fusion between the gems "Sard" and "Onyx". Alot like Garnet possibly.
It may have taken like centuries to regenerate both gems and once they fuse they like end up in beach city and become friends with the crystal gems or something.
I dunno the second one is my theory.
Just super hyped for the third Steven Bomb.

i think when steven gets "damaged" too much, he'll go into a coma-like state? just because his body is flesh and bones.

My friend and I were considering this and we thought up the following:
- We do think Jasper is a fusion, but we also think she doesn't know that she's a fusion.
- We think that the Homeworld is probably force-fusing gems so that they become stronger warriors, or slaves of some kind.

Those are our opinions at least. I can't wait for the Steven Bomb to get some answers.

@Hohki Personally I think we should thank the crewniverse for all the plot heavy episodes and quality content. At least we're not getting super silly episodes like we did when the series started. We've grown with Steven an. I think we have well deserved our wait.
The Gravity Falls fandom has plenty to complain about. I'm a big gravity falls fan so I need new episodes more often than ONE PER MONTH ALEX HIRSCH.

But at least the new one is 30 minutes long, no comercial breaks >:D

I thought one of the writers of the show confirmed that if Steven gets poofed, he's dead forever. It might be faulty information, since I just heard it from someone else.
