I've implemented a slight rule change in order to be more fair.

-Traditional art must be photographed neatly and in quality. Scanning preferred, but if with a camera, center the camera perfectly above the image.

This means that photographs of Traditionally-created images cannot be lopsided or have anything miscellaneous in the background. They must be perfectly centered over the image, parallel with the image and with the paper taking up the whole photo.

Past faults are not affected by rule changes.
