Strike frowned. "Of course I know where to look! I'm not so blind that I cannot still see that faces of those humans who made me into this.. this monster." She unfurled wings of electricity and shot into the sky, spiraling upwards until she could see the landscape clearly. "On the ocean's shore," she shouted down to Semper Fi. "That's where we'll find them. At the Oceanside Animal Research Facility."

Semper Fi sighed, and wagged his tail in farewell to the newcomer she-wolf. Still feeling bad about leaving her behind, SF followed Strike, trying to ignore her bad temper. "You know what, Strike?" he said. "I don't think you're a monster. I think that deep down inside, you're a good, decent wolf. The problem is, the scientists that did this to you made you forget about your errr... Better personality. Or at least, that's what I think. I mean, you did have a life before they brainwashed you and made you a mass murderer." Semper Fi followed Strike, traveling as fast as possible, his fire wings lending him astonishing speed in the air.

"Look," said Strike, turning to Semper Fi with an exasperated expression on her face. "Just stop talking. Honestly, I really don't care what you think. The only reason you're coming with me is so that you can help me kill the humans. Then, I go and try to regain whatever sanity my life held before they brainwashed me. Find my family, maybe start one of my own. I don't know." She shook her head, as if she had a fierce headache. "I don't know! It hurts to think about everything at once."

Upon hearing Strike telling him to shut up, a burst of fire lit up in Semper Fi's eyes, but he quickly doused it before Strike noticed. 'Maybe I shouldn't show that I'm annoyed with her, just in case she decides to kill me.' Then, SF shook his head and thought, 'Nah, I'm just getting too paranoid.' But, he did stop talking. 'I bet Strike's thrilled with the silence...' SF thought, throwing a glare at the monotone female. Sighing, he kept on flying, impatiently swerving and doing tricks in the air to pass the time, wondering when they would get to the lab where Strike was brainwashed. Doing a backflip in the air, Semper Fi couldn't help but chuckle, and grinned and did many other tricks, making the slightest whooshing sounds in the air, almost like a bird taking flight and zipping through the air.

Strike stared straight ahead, ignoring Semper Fi as she flew. What is there to be happy about? she thought, her eyes flicking to him as he did a backflip. She spotted the ocean below and pulled in her wings, calling, "There it is! The flat white building. It goes underground."

"Alright, Strike. So, what's the plan? Are we just going to randomly charge in, killing as many people as possible, until we die? Because even though that sounds pretty exciting, it's also suicidal." Semper Fi said, flicking his tail, his eyes bright and his head tilted. "Or are we going to sneak in, and once we find the people who did this to you, and just kill them? Or did everyone inside that building hurt you?"

Strike looked at him, a confused expression mixing with anger and hatred in her eyes. "Well, the 'run in and kill everyone until they kill me' was the original plan, but now that I'm lugging you along, I suppose a more intelligent plan would be a better idea." She sat down and frowned, thinking hard. "Not everyone was mean to me. Just the scientists, and not even all of them. The main one I want is Darius. Tall, black beard and hair."

"Hrmmm... Darius, an ugly brute with a black beard and black hair? Got it. Should we crawl in through the air ducts? That way, we can look into specific rooms and try and spot Darius without having them see us, unless they enjoy staring up into air ducts all day long." Semper Fi suggested, tilting his glossy head. "Either that, or we could dig a tunnel, which is tiring, random, confusing, and just gopher-like. Yum, gophers..." He shut up at a glare from Strike.
