You must meet the requirements for the job at the time that you apply. If you do not qualify now, we unfortunately will not be making any exceptions. There will always be another opportunity to try again at a later opening.

Exactly who will be looking through the applications, and accepting members? Is it just the admin, or does it also go to Admin Assistants, Global Moderators, Other Moderators, Etc.?

We're able to review them as soon as they're submitted, so many have already been gone over by at least some of the staff.

Basically everyone on the main staff panel, so admins/AAs, global mods, RP mods, Oekaki mods and the artists can all review applications, vote or add their comments. The final choice is Tess's though.
