(I've added a couple things to the form, but you don't have to go back and add them if you don't want.

No mentors have been placed yet, as I still can't add everyone's characters. So any apprentices will have to just hang out with the warriors until it's decided.
We also need a medicine cat and deputy before we can begin. <3)
