The tumblr rpw is here....I think of tumblr and space going one on one mostly because tumblr is a community diverse in a lot of aethetic themes and people of many races and cultures. And space is pretty much infinete....I may or may not have also based this adopt on a cool space gif set oops.

Pyxis is a constellation located within the southern sky, named after the Greek word for "box".
Her middle name, Styx, is after the River Styx in Greek mythology, which is said to be located in the Underworld, the area that the god Hades rules over.
Lastly, her surname comes from her large family. The Mexican surname is Spanish for the plural of "flower".

This means that she experiences romantic attraction to feminine characteristics easily, but only feels sexual attraction to feminine characteristics after a strong bond is formed. At first, she identified as heterosexual, but that was before she knew she was agender, and not a boy.

Zephyr - Gender fluid - They/them - Youngest sibling

A majority of these two's interactions are filled with Zephyr screaming, and Pyxis taunting. Zeph hates her affinity for memes, and always sends hate anons to her blogs. This leads her to find mirth in her sibling, so she continues to tease him by saying things like 'TFW you find out a blog you're following supports coleslaw', 'PROTECT THE TREMBLING SWEDISH YARN MAN', 'what's your favourite colour of the sky, Zephyr?', etc. She usually doesn't get to finish that last one, because it's only a matter of seconds before her sibling interrupts her and loses their mind.

Kelly & Cendrawasih - Female & N/A - She/her & they/them - Younger sister and younger sibling (twins)

Pyxis doesn't know Kelly very well. Even before she had left to become the cook of a pirate ship full of zombies, Pyxis didn't bother becoming too close to Kelly. The same goes for Cendra... She finds her obsession with escaping via ferry odd. This place isn't too bad, right? Unless the grass is greener elsewhere.

Filigree - Female - She/her - Older sister

Pyxis was the only one home when Filigree came home with a whole nest of bats a long time ago. She was freaked out at first, but gradually got more desensitized to them. Her sister can be quite... batty, but that's what she loves about her the most.
Filigree is the one responsible for her vast knowledge of bats, and her love of them, too. She doesn't mind talking with her sister about them. Don't tell anyone, but she actually loves doing that. Vermont had to tell them to go to bed on multiple occasions, because of how late they'd stayed up, holding intense conversations about bats.

Vermont - Gender fluid - Any pronouns - Oldest sibling

Vermont is sort of a role model for her. They acted as the parent to all five younger siblings, and did an okay job. They literally raised all of them.
As a kid, she totally followed them around all the time, trying to figure out how to be more like them. She doesn't let it show anymore, though, and just silently tries to be more like them. Her love for video games came from them, so that's why you'll find gaming related posts on her blogs sometimes.

Dillon - Nonbinary - He/him - Friend

Pyxis is a fan of his YouTube channel. She watches his videos a lot, so when she saw him taking a walk, she got excited, but introduced herself civilly. Dillon doesn't know that she's a fan, so becoming friends wasn't too difficult for them!
They often talk about social justice, especially since both are genderqueer.

Penumbra - Cryptogender - She/her - Close friend

It's odd how these two are friends. Pyxis hates children, but when others point out that Pen, one of her close friends, is one, she claims she's different. She is. She's a lot more mature, and more quiet. Pyxis likes this in a kid, because growing up, her little siblings were the worst to deal with.
It gets a bit annoying when she's trying to interact with her and she withdraws, though. When she found out she had social anxiety, she researched it and educated herself. She just wants to act as a sort of older sibling figure to Penumbra, because she knows the horrors the world will give you for having something like that, since Pyxis has schizophrenia.
Pyx doesn't know Pen is cryptogender yet, but will gladly help her figure her identity out when she does.

Clovis - Genderless - Any pronouns - Enemy

Pyxis met this Gomeisan when they'd first landed. In fact, she was the only Earthling around when they came off of their ship. They immediately lured her into their ship, and subdued her by putting her in some kind of advanced prison cell. She was stuck in there for many days, all by herself and starving, when there was a power outage. She took her opportunity to escape and did so through a window.
She'd been promising herself the whole time that she was going to kill him before she escaped, but she couldn't bring herself to do it. She wasn't a killer.

Mufon - Male - He/him - Close friend

Mufon isn't as close to Pyx as Penumbra is, but he's closer to her than Dillon.
They first met when she was eating lunch at McDonalds on a Wednesday. It wasn't as populated as usual, so she noticed the kid sitting all by himself. He seemed to be crying, all frustrated. She guessed he hadn't seen her yet, so she approached him. She asked if he was okay, and instead of answering her question, he asked another.
"Do you think aliens are real?" Pyx, of course, said that they were real. They had to be. She wondered aloud why he would ask that, though, and he said he'd encountered aliens a while ago, but no one believed him. He showed her a green gem around his neck.
She recognized that. It was aventurine, the kind of crystal that that alien, Clovis, had been hoarding. She explained to him that she knew what it was, and said she met alien activity, too.
They grew closer after that, and search for Clovis together a lot.

Evan - Gender queer male - He/him - Enemy

Pyxis has had many encounters with him. This is because he's been hunting for K'huthari, a runaway Eldritch abomination oracle, and last saw her interacting with Pyxis. He won't leave her alone about it. She'd only given K'huthari some food, because she was hungry and looked like she was having a hard time finding some.
The last time Evan hassled her, she attacked him with her kubotan and called the police on him. He really creeps her out, so she hopes he doesn't come after her again.

What kind of blog do they run? At first, they used to run a hipster blog and blogged their favourite restaurants, best workouts, and ways to keep your fur in tip-top condition. Then, they discovered the other side of Tumblr. She realized how funny the nightbloggers could be, and how tragically delayed the fandoms were. She slowly started watching the shows, reading comics, and getting more and more invested in that side of Tumblr. Soon, she was a full-out fangirl, and knew everything about every character, knew all the best ships, and how long hiatuses could be. Unfortunately, this caused her to be less focused on the real world, and she started failing tests. he grades dropped, and she would almost always come to class half-asleep because of some fanfiction she spent all night reading. To help keep her love of fandoms at bay, she started a random guide blog, to help all new fans. It would tell them the best fandom, what fandom you should invest in based on your interests, it even helped you with how to be involved in a fandom, and still have your life together. Her blog slowly gained interest, and she managed to get her grades up again. One of her followers, who loved her blog, made her a special beanie to 'keep all the fandom in, and the real world out.'

♥ The Blog// Mia started out with a blog about her favorite books, TV shows, and movies. However, after discovering an anime convention that caught her interest, Mia decided that it wouldn't hurt to try watching an anime. Mia began watching a few episodes of anime. A few soon turned into many and many soon turned into an obsession! Mia began blogging about anew episode of her favorite anime released or when the release data for season 2 is or even just a new anime or a favorite episode she stumbled upon. When she was in the book store, Mia also found "anime" on books. With some research, she discovered they were called 'manga' and like how she became hooked with anime, Mia soon began blogging about her favorite (and least favorite) mangas! soon, Mia discovered that she had a particular talent for drawing manga and anime. She had even drawn a few manga comics herself and posted them onto her blog. Mia also loves drawing fanart of her favorite characters. Her blog is full of her work, others work, everyone's work (yes, Mia reposts everyone's work, with permission and credit to the original artist of course, to acknowledge and praise everyone's beautiful and unique art styles and masterpieces.
♥ Life as an Otaku// Mia is the ultimate otaku, with a "room" made into a museum of anime and manga. Being a very flighty and boisterous girl, she often gets herself in a lot of trouble. Mia is also very clumsy and often drops all of her art, which scatter everywhere. She's not very organized, but she's very self-confident. She doesn't see anything wrong with her lifestyle, no matter how much her mother reprimands her, threatening to take away all of her devices if she doesn't stop watching anime, reading manga, and making various pieces of art (digital and traditional). Mia is very positive and always sees the sunny side of things. She can always manage to find something good about every bad situation.
Anime event in town? Going. Anime event out of town? Going. Anime events thirty minutes away? Going. Anime events that take over a day to arrive at? Going! Mia will do her best to go to any anime or manga event she can. She even snuck out of her house before to go to an anime convention a few hours away! She enjoys bringing all her art to the conventions and events. However, when someone offers her a payment, Mia immediately declines and insists that they keep her art. She believes that she should share her art; not sell her art. Therefore, Mia absolutely loves giving her art away and doing free commissions just to see people smile when they see her drawings. All critique and comments are welcome 24/7. Mia cosplays a lot too. She secretly orders cosplay props and costumes, hiding them from her mother, who isn't very fond of Mia's 'obsession'. Mia also has a quirk/habit to add in some Japanese honorifics or phrases when speaking (EX: Watashi wa Mia-chan, "kawaii desu!", or even "KARE WA KAGOII DESU!! <3"). With so much time spent on anime, what does Mia do for a living? Mia works in the anime industry for an anime publisher and creator. She's a graphic designer/artist for creating new mangas and animes. She works long hours (around 10-14 hours daily) and the pay is good enough to live. Mia also has a weekend job as a anime and manga artist teacher for those who want to learn how to draw anime or their own manga, which helps with rent and her other lifestyle needs. Mia doesn't earn that much but enough to make a living. After all, it's the fun and joy that's the reason she chose this industry. When she's not working, Mia spends all of her free time watching anime or drawing and is willing to stay up late to watch more episodes, screen tone another panel, or draw another character.

Mia adores Constance's curiosity and wonder. Connie is always impressed by Mia's art and loves to lay down next to Mia and stare at her screen (or sketchbook) as Mia draws. Mia also adores Connie's playfulness and childishness and being older than Connie, sees Connie as her little sister. Connie, as an orphan, loves to stay over at Mia's place, and Mia is always welcome to have Connie stay.
Esmeralda ~ Female ~ Adult (not grown yet) ~ former close classmate (from secondary school) ~ owned by meMia used to be very close classmates with Esme. They would always pair up for projects and both adored projects, with Mia adoring the decorating part and Esme loving to work on the content. They split ways when they applied for different universities, but even now, they keep in touch and hang out at times.

Mia and Isabelle were next door neighbors ever since college, when they began living on/near campus. They were great friends (Isabelle was one of Mia's best friend) and hung out at least three times a week. They always walked to and from school together, helped each other with homework, procrastinated together, didnt procrastinate together, and so on and so forth. Of course, they also slacked off together and just had fun together too. At "parent parties", they would always see each other since their families are very close (their mothers were also friends when they were in college).

In college, Mia had a strong attraction towards Aomi. She would always daydream about him and how she should tell him that she liked him. However, as time went on, she began to grow fond of Aomi more as a friend than as a crush, and they soon became great friends. By the end of college, after friendship replaced love, Mia didn't have any 'feelings' for Aomi anymore, but they became good friends.

Mia met Mae at the cafe where Mae is currently working to pay off rent and continue paying for college tuition. It was a Saturday; finally a day with no work. Mia decided to grab something cold at the nearby cafe and draw for a bit. Mae was on break and after bumping into Mia by mistake, the two began talking. Hours later, they exchanged numbers to keep in touch, and gradually became great friends. The two also both love to watch anime/movies/TV shows together while eating cookies, for some odd but adorable reason. <3

What kind of blog do they run?
When Rei first joined tumblr, her blog was mainly focused on art - something that has always been a big part of her life. Continuously she'd post images of her own work, whilst admiring the work of others. However, due to a friend's constant nagging, Rei was thrown into the anime and manga universe. First, it started off with one anime, but then one became two and so on till Rei became obsessed with anime. Now, Rei's blog mainly focuses on anime; and she is always drawing her ships, or anime characters in general. Despite anime now being her main focus, she still does do her own art and still posts that for all her followers to see.

Personality:
Rei is quite an interesting character, generally she is very excitable and the smallest things can cause her to laugh and smile. She is rather easy to get along with, and not many things bother her. Due to her easily excitable nature, she gets a little too carried away, and more than once, she has unintentionally hurt someone. Despite her energetic and loud personality, when she's drawing, she becomes surprisingly quiet. Drawing is Rei's main way to calm down; as she can typically draw whatever she is feeling onto a page. Overtime, as she began to spend more and more time on tumblr, she developed some witty comebacks and has become rather sarcastic. She uses these quite spontaneously, and more than not, they make absolutely no sense.

Rei can often be found drawing or re-watching some of her favourite animes; and often quotes lines from those same animes. Honestly, it can be quite annoying. Due to her love of anime, whenever any anime event comes to town, she will always attend; sometimes she goes as a cosplayer; but usually, she is invited to be a guest and sells her work (this is one way she makes money). She also makes money from working at the local cafe; a place where she had worked for over a year. There, she insists that all her younger co-workers call her Rei-Senpai, a habit which she had picked up from watching so much anime. In general, Rei is an energetic, anime-lover, blogger nerd who simply wants to be called senpai.
