Really cute, nice design and nice colour-scheme. My only nit-picky bit would be that I'd personally prefer the antlers to be white with some of the blue/green pattern, but that's just personal preference. Very pretty!

9/10-the colors are a bit too "flashy" for me,but thats just me...its definetely a lovely design ,and i adora the hairstyle as well as the species-i have that faible for mammals with fishtails,and the idea to use mainly blues on a character with the features of a marine beeing seems totally fitting to me <3
