Not true, not every month. There are only a few select months where they do this I believe.

That would make more sense actually. I don't think they would be as rare if they released them every month.

It seems like a select few because of how rare this happens. It's not guaranteed you'll get one every single month we have a monthly horse adopt. It's just extremely rare.

Yes, me too! I didn't know there was a PPS when I adopted and wished there was. Little did I know I'd just missed it. |D

I agree; in fact, all of the 2nd gens are adorable. I think that they're one of the litters I am most looking forward to seeing this month.
