Summer of '15, Summer of Love?

The opening faceoff had just happened and Jordan got a notification on his phone. He saw it was another Facebook notif. He read it and responded.

"Jordan Butler
Sure. You know where I live?"

I was surprised at Jordan's quick reply. Yup. Be there soon.. I replied before getting up. I poured Bear some food and water and made sure the doggydoor was unlocked so the large dog had free access to the yard. I then left the Akita inside and grabbed my phone. I quickly found Jordan's house and knocked on it, nervously.

Again, Cinnamon perked up and ran to the door, barking at the knocking. He notices another guy at the door, this one with a reddish-brown hairstyle and invited him in.

I was startled by the bark and also slightly happy. I stepped inside as I the door opened. "I hope I'm not too late." I smiled as I continued further into the home.

"Nahh," Jordan answered. "Game just started." He could still smell the pizza from the front door. He wonders if anybody else would be coming over.

Briana hears her phone go off as she got something from a Facebook friend that her dad made her friend a few years ago. She sends a reply back to let Jordan know that she was coming before leaving and locking her house. Briana walks to Jordan's house and knocks on the door, wondering made the correct choice of going to the get together.

For a third time, Jordan's phone goes off and he reads the notif. Then another knock and Cinnamon barks again. He sees it's a girl with red hair. He lets her in and closes the door when she walks in.

I watched as a girl enters, Briana. I smile slightly at her before turning towards Jordan. "What breed is your dog?" I asked as I motion towards the dog that had been barking.

After rejoining everybody in the living room, Jordan sits on the couch and pulls Cinnamon onto his lap. He then hears Ashton's question about what breed his dog is. "He's a dachshund," Jordan answers as he pets the dog.
