Doc looked to Shadow and frowned a bit as well. "I agree the teams need to be equal, or nearly equal, in experience, but we only have four agents, myself included. And of those four, I have the least experience. Remember, I was just assigned to this case. It's my first time in the field as an actual agent."

He then looked to Finn. "If someone is going to go with Dusty, I think the teams should be Shadow and Spray with Dusty while you and I head up the behind the scenes team." Doc then trailed off. "Unless you have a better arrangement. I'm open to other ideas as well."

[Dusty Crophopper]

Finn thought over everyone's points, and turned to Spray here. "I agree with Mr. Hudson, no offense. You aren't the most inconspicuous vehicle after all. FBI is practically plastered all over you, along with that insignia you got, but we can use that to our advantage!" Finn insisted now. "You would look perfect as a fan of Crophopper's! You could pose as an off-duty FBI agent or something! I think this could work!" he said, the ideas coming to him rather quickly now.

Miles cleared his throat to address Shadow now. "Well no, I don't think it's a distraction. I think they feel so confident that no one can figure it out that they're going to proclaim it before us to taunt us! I mean think about it! Multiple cars have used this phrase now, and the appearance of the red moon! It can't simply mean nothing after all! It has to mean something, and I believe it has to do with that moon..." He pointed upwards with a wheel. "I think they're so confident that we won't be able to stop them, that they have no qualms about proclaiming their plans. Which to me indicates a very high level of confidence. You have to be if you're sure no one can stop you! That's my take on it. The fact multiple vehicles have said it indicates to me at least it's not a campaign of disinformation but one of arrogance. So... now that I've made myself useful... should I be on a team?" he asked hopefully, looking around the table.

Finn shrugged his front wheels. "I think the initial breakdown is fine. Mr. Hudson... are you sure you are up for an infiltration of this magnitude? Do you carry any gadgets that could help? You also need to be fast, but I don't think that will be a problem for you, eh?"

Dusty decided to offer his two cents in now. "I like it! And uh... I dunno... maybe Miles could be an analyst or something? Or a coordinator? What's everyone think?" he asked, smiling as he felt Shadow toying with him right back. He brushed his wheel on her own now, spinning his as he did so.

Doc - Tag: Everyone

Doc smirked at Finn's question. "I do have a Taser and a disguise projector, if that is what you mean. I also have a camera for gathering evidence in photos and video. And as for if I am fast, I won the Piston Cup three years in a row from 1951-1953 and I am a gifted racer on dirt tracks." He then went serious. "And just call me Doc. No offense, but I just feel better being called by my name." He then looked back at Spray.

"Finn's right. You could pose as an off-duty officer. No one would expect you to be on duty if you're just visiting with Dusty." Doc added before he looked back at Finn again. "I am more than up for an infiltration. I was trained in car-to-car combat while with the FBI, so I can handle myself in a fight."

Deep down though, Doc was nervous. This was the first time he was in a mission like this, but there was no choice in the matter. Doc didn't let Finn know about his nervousness though. He didn't need to be pulled from the mission before it began. The Hudson Hornet wanted to find out who had attacked the conference and why. And this infiltration seemed to be the best way to do it.

It was again that Shadow remained silent through out the discussion as she flicked her gaze from those who were speaking, though was personally unsure of the idea of Spray posing as off duty. "Surely they would be suspicious of just Spray himself.... Would they really want even an off duty FBI agent snooping around their headquarters?" She asked here, wondering if it was the right choice. She always trusted Finn's decisions, so waited for his response, to let it be settled. SHe found Miles had a point though, nodding her hood a little here, pursing her lips again. "Why would they guess that no one could figure it out? I mean... surely they ARE aware that they more they shout out about it, the more intrigue their gonna get, and therefore, more people trying it work it out... someone will get it at some point. Surely they can't see it as completely unsolvable?" She asked here, looking directly to him. "Do you think that they want to pick us off one by one?" She said here, still looking to Miles, though, now appearing quite distressed, which was rare for her to show. She looked to the floor for a moment, before scooting slightly closer to Dusty, her side pressing into him a little more here, thinking it was perhaps un noticeable, though deep down know it was. She looked up to him now, concern on her features. "I just hope we're making the right decisions..." She voiced her concern out, though it was to no one in particular.

Spray - Everyone

Spray narrowed his eyes. "Um... I am an FBI agent. So, technically... I'm not off-duty, exactly..." He pursed his lips though, trying to figure something out. His mind raced as he looked down at the table, studying the scratches on it. He wanted to be able to assist them, but how could he if he would stand out?

And he didn't exactly feel like getting a new paintjob, especially if it would itch after a few hours. However, this did give him a bit of an idea, or rather, Finn's comment did.

He finally looked up. "Well, I don't want to be left out. You may need my help on this. So, what if I just pretend to be a fan of Dusty, and pretend I'm here in Rio on vacation?" he asked. "I mean, I do have my passport on me, and it technically doesn't have any information of my place of work." He shook out his wallet, along with his passport and the aluminum tip (which he hurriedly stored back in his storage compartment). He nosed it over to Finn and flipped it open to show the ID card inside. Sure enough, it had his name, address, DOB, height, weight, and oil type, as well as plane model and eye color. Nothing on his place of work anywhere on it.

Finn nodded at Spray. "That's what I was saying! You would pose as an off-duty FBI agent here on vacation accompanying Mr. Crophopper as a friend of his! Or even just leave out the part of you being an FBI agent altogether!" Finn quickly corrected. "No sense alerting them... though of course..."

Miles interrupted him here though, clearing his throat. "Sorry but there is another thing... IF Dusty and Otter truly experienced these visions..."

"Which I did..." Dusty quickly interjected.

"Yes well... OK so you did. Then it's possible this Carew possesses some form of... mental telepathy or something. I know it sounds totally crazy... but... if he can read our minds... he'll know we're coming... and that... well how do you even fight against an enemy that can read minds?" Miles asked here, looking around the table. "Sounds like a dangerous opponent to me!" He shifted his gaze to Shadow here. "Because... it's clear they think we can't figure it out. It's like a puzzle really. You must ask yourself: WHY proclaim such a thing? Because we're confident you can't figure it out. Why are we confident you can't figure it out? Because... it's something so secret that you're totally unfamiliar with it! They are planning on unleashing upon us something so unknown that they are confident we won't figure it out in time!" Miles said with an edge to his voice, which quickly evaporated when he saw the looks he was getting. "Uh well... that's... that's my take on it at least!" he said, shrugging meekly here again.

"Makes sense to me." Dusty said, frowning thoughtfully. "I mean he's got an angle, and he's pursuing it. Why not?" Dusty shrugged his flaps here.

"Yes well... I think we're making the right choices." Finn stated. "Spray, you can work the fan or friend angle, while Doc and I lead the infiltration. Shadow you go with Crophopper as well. And..." He trailed off as he noticed Shadow... nestled against Dusty. "Err... umm..." he struggled to regain his thoughts. "Ahem right uh... anyway, yes... does anyone have any questions? Comments? As for you Axlerod, not sure what you'll be doing just yet." Axlerod's face seemed to fall here a bit as Finn addressed him. Turning to Shadow, he motioned with his eyes off to the side. "Mind if we... have a few words, Agent Carlisle?" he addressed her now.

Shadow nodded to Miles here, having registered what he said, though unsure as to.... whether the rest of his explanation was really the case. "Mind reading?? Come on...... you Don't really think that? I mean.... I'm open to all sorts but...." she faded here, looking skeptically at him. "But I do believe that Dusty had that vision... I stand by that" She responded her voice firm. "I dont think its too out there to have visions i mean.... yeah...." she faded off here, pressed against Dusty some more. She wanted to be closer, thoigh knew everyone could see.....

She nodded once again to Finns final desicions, though noticed he focused longer on her, which made her feel a little unsure. Did he not.... want them close? She shifted uneasily as he asked to speak to her, causing her to twist her tire a little. "Uh.... yeah.... sure...."she spoke here, moving away slowly from Dusty and more toward Finn now

Doc nodded at the confirmation Finn had given. But something disturbed him. "If Carew has indeed appeared in those visions, I don't doubt he will appear to us again in the same way. What bothers me is the fact he can appear to us in such a manner. It means he either has mental abilities as Miles has suggested, or he has another manner of reaching out to us." Doc said.

"We should be wary of him when we arrive at the complex. If anything, we need to tread lightly, if we can." He added.

Spray nodded. "Right. I'll say that I'm a friend of his." He grabbed his passport and stuffed both it and his wallet back in his storage compartment.

But as he was finishing that task, Miles' comment about mental abilities reached his hearing and he felt his ailerons twitch a bit. He narrowed his eyes as he looked the ex-oil baron in the eyes. "You really think so?" he asked. "Because if that's the case, then we're basically f***** over. Unless it's some kind of a trick he's pulling."

He didn't doubt that Carew had something going on though. And the fact that others had said the same thing... It really sent his instincts haywire and he felt a familiar sinking feeling in his tanks and stomach at this.

(Just notifying you guys I will be inactive for at least two days or more, and I have orders I need to work on. If any of you want to rp my characters while I am away go ahead ^^)
