There isn't a set time. New mods are hired when they are needed.

I just read that, but it says perferaby. (Not trying to be smart alic) So it says perferably. Meaning it would decrease the chances a little, but it doesn't totally mean your disqualified?

As far as I am aware, applications in the past have always disqualified anyone newer than 6 months, so even though this time it does not technically say you have to be an older player, I would still consider it a requirement. In any case, even if it doesn't disqualify you outright, having joined only recently would almost certainly make it extremely unlikely you would be chosen. Remember that there will always be other openings in the future, so if you remain active and helpful on the site, you will have another chance to try again later.

when someone pm's you asking for help/reporting something, do you have some sort of feature that allows you to forward the report/person's question to an administrator/admin assistant as a help ticket? how do you do it?

No, they do not get to make pets.

I know that they can answer help tickets, though I'm not positive on anything else.
