Warnings always remain on the account even if the warning level goes back to 0. If you've ever received a warning at any time then your account is still considered to have a warning - unless the staff decided it was a mistake and removed it. However if your warning happened a long time ago (like over a year ago) or if it wasn't a very serious mistake then we might decide not to count it against you.
It's easy to say people with old warnings have learned from their mistakes and will be better in future. That's usually true, and that's why we usually warn people instead of banning them the first time they mess up. But we get plenty of applicants who have always behaved themselves and followed the rules without ever needing to be warned, so they're going to be more desirable for us to hire. People with a lot of activity and no warnings have a much better track record than someone who's been in trouble a lot.

Thank You Tess for the clarification
One Question from my side: If you were hired as a GH for example, and say you were on Vacation for a month or so. Would that be considered as inactivity, and possibly get you out of the CS team? As not doing your job as GH?

No, things like a vacation or no internet access are understandable and wouldn't risk removal of the position. It is only if you don't give any kind of alert that you will be gone that could possibly remove you, if it is for a long time of course.

GH's do not assist in designing pet litters.

General Helpers don't get to make pets, and if they do it's under special circumstances. Please do not apply for any staff positions if your only intentions are to make pet designs.
This is for everyone thinking about applying, not you specifically, since I've seen this question asked a few times in here now.

It all depends on who else applies and their activity, since again if they had no warnings they would be more preferred over users who do have warnings. There isn't really a number on the scale to describe how much it would affect you.
