In the past for each position; 5-10 General Helpers have been hired, 1-4 Oekaki Mods have been hired and 1-4 Roleplay Mods have been hired. This number could be subject to change depending what the staff decide.

You'll get added to the current team - you're not replacing anyone.
You will be able to keep your job as long as you want; you can step down if you no longer wish to be on the team, or you could be removed if you were inactive for a long period of time or were not doing your job correctly.
