Is there a rule about PPS foxicats not breeding? Or are they allowed to breed?

I'd assume that since they're PPS, that they'd be sort of like kids- sort of like CS; meaning that I don't think they'd allowed to be bred since they're only kittens. Of course Cat's got the final say so I'm not exactly sure. 'uwu

PPS's wont be able to breed, but soon there will be an option where you can grow your PPS's. I'm not sure what thread it will be on, most likely the main thread.

Yay! Breeding is open! Can't wait to do a few litters, would the outcomes be the PPS cats?
