Softtail followed him and mewed "You know your the only cat whose ever been nice to me. Thunderclan mostly wanted me because my father was a great warrior thinking that me an Adderkit would be better then him."

The tom sighed. "I'm sure not all cats wanted you in the clan for that..." he murmured, brushing against her shoulder lightly. "I know I'm not one of those cats..."

"Well there not doing a real good job of showing it." She meowed plainly brushing her tail against the ground.

"Hey, chin up. I want you here." he said, tipping his head as he looked at her while they walked.

"Yah I guess." She meowed suddenly flicking her ears looking at a river "Fat salmon." She murmured Slowly creeping up and scooping a fat salmon out of the river.

Watching her, Mousefoot smiled. "Well caught. I certainly couldn't do that." he murmured, blinking. then, he heard cracklings to his right, and leaped sideways suddenly to land a vole, cracking it's spine easily with his teeth.
