She gently placed the warrior den, starting to dig the hole. WindTail assisted the leader, placing a few lavanders in the grave as well.

She sniffed again, then have Pebblestep's cold ear a quick lick. As Ravenstar and Windtail dug the hole, another tear streamed down her face and she said " Hunt in StarClan peacefully."

Leafkit sighed, then started exploring the dens. Since he was the only kit in the nursery, he had to do the adventure on his own, but that was going to change soon. He found his way into the elder's den, then saw the cat who was talking to him earlier. He said " Can I hear a story?!" He jumped up and down, his fluffy fur getting messy as he did so.

"Of course! What do you want to hear about? The history of this clan or about the great fire?"

Leafkit said " There was a fire?! What did it look like?" The young kit was appalled by the sound of it, and his eyes were wide and bright.

Antlerclaw, having lost his appetite, decided to patrol the camp for any signs of where the rogue had entered. He figured Arrowpaw would need time to grieve before she could resume training. And besides, she'd gone to the TimberClan border with him and hunted. It wouldn't hurt for her to take a break.

Beetleclaw and Pigeonfeather helped lower him into the grave and sat back for the two to say their goodbyes.
