Curse this downpour! They hadn't even noticed the rogue creeping in under their noses and most of the clan was tucked away in their dens still, hiding from the rain. "How dare you trespass here. Leave now, this is your only warning. You are outnumbered two to one and if I alert the rest of my clan you won't make it out of this camp in one piece." Rainstar snarled, fur bristling.

"Go to the warriors den." she growled to the kits, unsheathing her claws.

He picked up Orchardkit by her scruff gently, not toucking the wounds as he brought her to the warrior's den and curled up,

Fogpelt - Tom - Warrior - 39 moons - w/ Coalkit & Orchardkit

The foggy gray tom was surprised to find two kits bursting into the warriors den just as he was waking up. He cocked his head, honestly confused as he spoke to them in a stern tone. "What in StarClan's name are you two doing in here?" They seemed scared and wet - and injured, that couldn't be good - so reason #1 was quite obvious. "Seriously you guys, what's going on?" His voice had softened and become slightly more comforting as he padded up to the duo, waiting for an answer.

He flattened his ears. He didn't know the tom, but he had to speak "W-we were attacked and captured by rogues but we managed to escape and run back here. My mama told me to go here because the rogues are here."

Fogpelt - Tom - Warrior - 39 moons - w/ Coalkit & Orchardkit

Fogpelt cursed under his breath, stealthily peering out of the warrior's den and out into the clearing where Bluefeather and Rainstar stood, confronting a strange cat who was, believe it or not, demanding that they hand over the clan's kits. He slowly backed back into the den glancing again at the two. "Both of you stay with me, got it? Ol' Fogpelt here will keep you safe." He grinned softly, trying to lighten the mood for the frightened kittens. Unfortunately, the mood couldn't have been any heavier. He vaguely remembered there being a troublesome group of rogues that had lived nearby around the time that he'd been made an apprentice. Those pieces of fox-dung. They'd tried to attack the clan before but failed to defeat them, thank StarClan. Now they were trying to steal kits! Really, could they sink any lower?
