"N-no." He mewed quickly. He hesitated again. He knew what he was about to say could make Ravenstar aware of things between him and Arrowpaw. He didn't really want her to know, considering the fact Arrowpaw was considerably younger than him. He lashed his tail awkwardly, and looked away.
"What are the loose age difference limits for mates?" He asked her quickly,
"Like, how much of a difference should be between crushes before things are strange?" He added, to try and clear things up.

He was worried. He could feel himself getting closer to Arrowpaw, and he really liked her, and he didn't really care what the clan thought... But he needed to know.

"Age diffrences?" She mumbled, a lightly tiltinf her head before realizing the situation. She lightly sifted in her positon."Well, the highest diffrence would be a couple years, witch will be probably looked down on. But, since you and ArrowPaw have an age diffrence less than a year, I suppouse there won´t be anything bad about that." She meowed, in a clam voice.

He raised a brow, and licked his paw. He shuffled uncomfortably, and looked at her.
"How did you know it was me and..." He stopped himself. He chuckled gently, and smiled.
"Thankyou, Ravenstar." He smiled gently, bowing his head to her. He stood up, and turned away from her, preparing to walk out. Before he did so, he smiled.
"Oh. Cats were right saying you were a good leader." He purred gently. He walked slowly to the fresh-kill pile, and picked up a mouse.

The leader smiled lightly before stretching her paws. She watched the tom leave before she padded off to her den. She stretched her paws and curled up tightly, preparing for a comfortable nap.

He bit into the mouse, looking around as he did so. As he chewed, he contemplated things. A lot of things.
He thought about Arrowpaw. His parents. His brother..
He shook his head sadly.
"Enough of that" he hissed to himself, finishing off the mouse. He sat in silence for a moment- enjoying the silence.

As she began to dream, she began to shift in discomfort. RavenStar stood in an empty forest. No scents of prey, herbs or anything. Only a light breeze ruffled the tree tops. As she stood in place, the breeze brought her a feather, dipped in amber liquid. RavenStar stared at it for a while before a shadow of a cat appeard under a large tree branch. In the middle of the shadow, were bright red berries. Echoes called through the forest:"Drops of amber that fell from the feather, will find poison in the cat under the branch." RavenStar quickly yelped, only to awake in her nest. She sighed in relazation, of it being a dream."Drops of amber that fell from the feather, will find poision in the cat under the branch." She sighed to herself quietyl, still panting heavily.

Personality:; Hopstep is a clumsy cat. With his cheeky attitude and dry sense of humour, it's hard not to get irritated with him often. He can say the wrong things at the wrong times- trip over on something he should have left alone, sneezing when the whole clan is supposed to be quiet- but- who cares? He's Hopstep.
History:; Hopstep was born the wrong way around. His back legs were twisted. He couldn't walk for his kit-hood, and had to be carried everywhere. As an apprentice, out of pure determination, he started to work on that. He would take a walk everyday, slowly, he got better at walking. When he could finally walk properly, he took part in his training. Hopstep can't hunt well at all, but he is seriously improving within fighting. Although he can walk, he still has a limp. This can throw him off balance, slow him down, and trip him up. But Hopstep? He's just happy he did it.

The leader panted heavily, before managing to calm down. She stared at her den exit, getting up slowly. Her joints were aching, for an odd reason, but she decided to ignore that as she moved outside.
