"But..." I think as I start to cry again. "Ok..." I say and hug Shane. "Just please don't forget me..." I let go and kiss his cheek.

Shane opens his eyes. They were leaking the light blue liquid. "Freeze...liquid...clears...my mind..." He croaked, shutting them again as Jan stared on. He opened them a second time, but this time the liquid was thicker and not leaking as much. He shut them again, then opened them, this time almost completely solid accept for a few little drips. He closed them, and opened them. As Jane stared again, the drip turned solid, and he didn't close his eyes. "I'm back..." He whispered, trying to look at his hands. "I can't see.." He wimpered.

"Oh Shane... what have I done... please say you're ok still..." I say and start to cry.

Shane reached out for Jane. His cloudy eyes darted around as he landed his hand on her arm. He slowly scooted over and hugged her. "I'm okay...just a bit..sightless.." He sighed and blinked his marble eyes.
