Cloverwing nodded her head and gentle laid Rowancloud next to Swiftstar and flicked her tail waiting for Swiftstar to announce that Rowanpaw had died.

Swiftstar nodded approvingly and jumped onto high branch. She cleared her throat. "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath high branch for a Clan meeting!" she shouted.

Cloverwing sat down in front of Rowancloud and sighed as she gazed upon her leader. She is heartbroken from what terrible thing happened to her brother, he hadn't deserved to be sent to Starclan..

honeyfur arrived back into camp, strolling up to sit beside cloverwing and her deceased brother. "you'll feel better to know how much he was loved by the clan." she whispered to her sympathetically, still saddened. "also, spidereyes will come to the burial alone. i don't think he wants to get anyone sick, or to be away from most of the other cats for his parting words. i'm not too sure." the white she cat added, her green optics flashing gently across the gathering cats. "is there anyone else he might want at the burial? i can go and get them quickly if that's what he would've wanted."

[ I've been absent for so long.. anyway my characters could jump in somewhere? i have wolfpaw [who is getting sick] and bramblepaw. ]

Swiftstar looked down at her clanmates with a sad expression. She was extremely devastated that Rowancloud had died and it was clearly shown by Cloverwing that she was too. "Today we have gathered to sit vigil for Rowancloud. It was his time to meet StarClan, and he is now no longer with us because of the sickness." she choked, hardly able to announce what had happened.

Cloverwing slightly smiled at Honeyfur. "Thank you, and it's fine." She then greatly sighed as Swiftstar announced the news to the clan. She felt like she was the most devastated in the clan.

Swiftstar swallowed and scrambled down the high branch. She dug her claws into the trunk and finally reached the ground, jumping off as she did. Swiftstar padder over to Cloverwing with sympathy towards her. After all, she was always the closest to Rowancloud. She dipped her head at her kindly. "Why don't you go say goodbye to him?" she asked softly.

Cloverwing dipped her head. "Thank you for everything Swiftstar." Her mew was as quiet as a whisper. She then padded up to her brother's body. "I'm sorry that you had to deal with the pain of this sickness. Goodbye not forever though, we'll both meet eachother again in the end. You'll be greatly missed by all." She rested her head on Rowancloud's fur and then padded away letting the clan grieve for her brother also.

honeyfur looked at rowancloud's body sadly. what would she do if she had a dying sibling who grew up looking up to her? cloverwing would be falling apart on the inside clearly. when she returned, honeyfur comfortingly purred to calm cloverwing. "you're doing so well. you can cry on my shoulder, because i know you're going to break down suddenly, and it'll be hard alone."
