I have a question.... Are older members more likely to become General Helpers?

Well, that depends. It really depends on your application and personality, but It is more likely. Though, users that have met the requirements but are fairly new have a chance too! ^^ Don't feel discouraged if you don't get the spot though, there is always next year.

Question - So. Say if we actually become a moderator. Can you change your Username?

Of course, moderators don't usually change them super often, but I can name several that have changed their usernames since becoming staff members.

Active members that have been helpful around the site in the past and are qualified for the position usually have the best chance. Suddenly starting to answer questions and be helpful just because applications are open usually doesn't help much of course, since we look for people that are helpful overall, not those who are helpful only because they are applying for the job right this second.

Archiving pets would be the job of the archivist, General Helpers welcome new members to the site, share advice, and answer questions from members about how the website works. General Helpers do not have any special powers like staff.

If it was a long time ago or not that serious, than It's fine but it will still be counted. Several board warnings is not like getting one, so that will defiantly be taken into consideration.

Do General Helpers get the chance to add to CS pet litters? I don't recall seeing any pets by General helpers (except Tif + Jo). Is it only certain General Helpers that make pets, or do All CS staff have the chance to make pets?

No, General Helpers do not make pet litters or items.
