I say fair, because you pet is a highly sought after 08, even though theirs is very rare. Might want another oppinion though

Just an fyi guys, this is incorrect. A UR Cat is pretty much a fair swap for a Dogtag, if not worth a little bit less. It's certainly not unfair to the cat.

This depends completely on how the artist feels about giving unlimited amounts of art for one pet. I'm not an artist, but if I were I don't think I would do it for any pet.
