His gaze studied the hole closely, narrowing with concentration. Moss... Was that fur? He'd been too focused to recognize Ravenpaw'sscent until she spoke his name. Energy surged through him and he spun around to face her, dropping the prey he'd held between his jaws in surprise. He blinked several times before he recognized the medicine cat apprentice and he dropped his gaze to his fallen prey in embarrassment for a heartbeat before bending down to pick it up again.
"Hello, Ravenpaw." That was all he said before he grabbed onto his thrush, reaching down again to pick up his other prey item, the vole. But his eyes lifted to her again and he blinked, unable to hide the curiousity in them. What was she doing out here? Looking for herbs? For now, the intruder in the log had completely slipped his mind.

I walked over to Nightstar. "Nightstar, I was wondering if I could talk to you? I need to move into the nursery."

RobinBlaze padded our of the warriors den, he felt refreshed but he still had a heavy limp and he limped over to his brother to sit beside him and he growled when he saw his brother's worried look. "Fell outa tree...don't ask..." He glanced around seeing NightStar and his heart quickened, finally he could tell them the new deputy.

SparrowFang followed his brother's gaze to NightStar, 'finally...' he thought and he stood, glaring at his brother to stay where he was, "i'll go get RavenPaw if you like..." he asked before walking over to the freshkill pile.

RobinBlaze hissed in alarm at hi brother retort, "what? no mousebrain" He whispered hoping no cat would hear him "I'll just ask OrangeSong..." He stood, grimacing slightly and limped his way over to the Medicine cat.

SparrowFang chuckled, "alright then fine go..." He grabbed a mangled up squirrel that he assumed was his brother's and sat back down to eat.

She heard the menacing growl of a bigger cat, she acted helpless mewing like a 2 moon old kit, then after 20 seconds of sounding innocent she flatten her ears and helpless she pounced right out of the bushes and straight onto the cats face her claws embedded into the side of his head!
