Kyo trotted out of the forest, carrying a large trout and a hare in his mouth. He set it down in the food pile and shook his white fur, sending droplets of water here and there. The trout was a good excuse to go for a swim.

"Well, then, it must be right." said Ali. "Happy you found here, then?"

Matthew walked up to Kyo. "Nice catch. I'm Matthew, by the way."

"Happy doesn't even begin to explain it," Shandra said as she nuzzled Ali again.


Cataclism opened his eyes with a groan. He looked around but didn't know where he was. "Ugh, where am I?" he asked aloud as he stood up and tried to think back. He couldn't remember, so he tried to think about where he was from. He couldn't remember that either. He began to get worried and began to try and remember anything he could. After a few minutes, all he could remember was his name. He let himself fall to the ground, slightly in shock at the fact that he couldn't remember anything.

Ali suddenly froze. He'd forgotten. "Shandra, there's something important i need to tell you." he said.

"What's that?" Shandra asked, continuing to nuzzle Ali.

"I'm.." Ali took a deep breath. "I'm dying Shandra."

"What?!" Shandra asked, pulling her head away from him quickly and looking at him worriedly.

Kyo nodded to Matthew. "Thank you, Pleasure to meet you, I'm Kyo." He greeted, giving a friendly smile. "I haven't seen you much around here." He added, his blue eyes filled with curiosity and a bit of uncertainity.
