Oh gosh I'm so excited to introduce my newest kia!!! Her name is Marjorie Velia Giovanni and she's one of the newest Arianne x Raphael twins! She's taking on a character idea I've had for just about a year and I'm so beyond excited!!!

Ever since birth, Marjorie has suffered from prosopagnosia (face blindness), which means that she cannot recognize faces. She recognizes her family based on voices, haircuts, clothing, mannerisms, gait, etc. Her childhood was spent in fear of absolutely everyone outside their home, stemming from the obvious fact that its so hard for her to tell anyone apart. She clung to her mother and spent most of her free time locked in her room, devouring every book she could get her hands on and playing with her dolls. Her favorite subject matter is anything related to anatomy, which she often pestered her father with questions about.

Over the years Marjorie gained confidence and worked hard on her observational skills. By the time her teenage years rolled around she'd mastered the art of picking up on things and has no issues leaving the house for short periods of time. Her interest in anatomy heightened and she decided to enroll in university to become a Medical Examiner. Thanks to lots of at-home practice, Marjorie excelled in her studies and graduated with honors at the top of her class.

Marjorie is a very shy and antisocial girl who prefers to keep to herself and hide away at home behind closed curtains. Its very hard for her to open up and form connections with others because of her face blindness. Having someone's face change every time you look away is even more emotionally taxing than it sounds and she prefers to just not even look. But if she somehow manages to form a connection with someone she's incredibly clingy and once her trust is earned its almost impossible to lose. She's extremely observant and is always paying very close attention to what's happening around her, from passing figures to changes in her daily scenery.

I'm taking a small break from CS, this morning took a huge impact on me and it'll last for about a week. During the break, I'm looking to do traditional sketches and roleplays to help get me over it. Hello guys! Been a while since I've posted here, but I've been quietly stalking the thread, heheh.

I'm in something of a pinch and desperately looking for some dA Points! So I'm opening up some point commissions and offering various different things that will vary in prices.

First, I'm offering these pixel colour-ins that I offered a while ago. Base pricing is 150 points, plus an extra 50-100 for very complicated designs (will judge that when I see the kia), plus an extra 50 if you want a bouncy animation.

Secondly, on to the actual custom made art.

I will offer headshots, fullbodies, and maybe even complete pictures.

Headshot Examples. Headshots will be priced at about 200 Points, with an extra 50 if you would like shading and 60 if you would like shading and highlighting.

Full Body Example. Fullbodies will be priced at 300 Points, with an extra 50 for shading and 60 for shading and highlighting.

And lastly, I'm tentatively offering complete pictures, with backgrounds and shading and highlights and all that good stuff. Their prices will vary, but depending on the complexity of the characters and the background, I'm thinking about 900 or 1000 Points at the least. You can go to my deviantART for examples.

Kiamara Community-Building Project
