How to start your own art shop.

Hi, I've read pretty much all help forums on this, but I'm still having a bit of trouble.
I tried to create a 'New topic' to start my art shop up, but after finally clicking 'Post' the link was sent to 'My Posts.'
However when I click the link in 'My posts' it says that 'The requested topic does not exist.'
Does my post need to be reviewed or something first?
Is there a problem and I need to make another one?
If I post another one, would I get in trouble if there are accidentally then two copies?

Hmm not for sure. X3 Though if you see someone with a post 'Looking for art' or something of the sort you could comment on it and let them see some of your examples and tell them your prices. C:
