Fawnstep chuckled quietly in amusement as Firedust stammered and stumbled over his words. Silly tom, she thought, curling up and draping her tail around herself. A muffled yawn left the she-cat's mouth as she closed her eyes and hoped sleep would take her sooner rather than later.

She slowly tilted her head."New kit? Oh! That Bold... Bowl... Blood? What's blood?" She spoke extremely quick her body thrusting with energy.

His ears pulled back looking down at the dirt. I failed. he thought, padding to the warriors den thinking his paw could wait. He spread out his moss and looked at Fawnstep from behind him. He blushed. He tucked his paws under his chest and he rested his head.

She purred "Yes, Blood. Blood is the red stuff that comes out of a cut and stuff. That's what he's named after. Would you like to meet him?"

She raised her head. "I-I'm Orchardkit. I've heard cats speaking about you and saying your name is Shadowkit. Do you have two names?" She asked flicking her tail up and down happily.
