Aros threw his head back and chuckled loudly, a slight growl edging his laughter. "Fierce little lady, huh?" he chuckled, taking a step towards the edge of the clearing. "Make sure you take care of Hades... You know you won't always be around to protect him." Aros said, slipping into the trees.

Hades lowered his head and mumbled a curse at Aros, his eyes narrow. He turned his head to Neomie and his ears pressed back against his head, his eyes softening. "Thanks..." Hades mumbled softly, glaring at his front paws.

"No problem." she said grining at him, she licked his cheek, "Who was that guy?" she asked couriously.

Hades' eyes widened slightly and a bright blush spread throughout his cheeks. "His name is Aros... We are both warriors, but for some reason he hates me and tries to kill me with every chance he can get..." he said and turned his head to face Neomie, his eyes soft but empty.

"What's the matter?" She asks sitting in front of him and stareing into his empty eyes.

Hades frowned and tilted his head slightly, his cheeks slowly losing their color. "Nothing," he said softly, gently nudging Neomie's scruff. "What? Did I say something wrong?" Hades asked, whimpering slightly under his breath.

"No..." She said smileing. She gazed into his eyes.

Hades gazed down into Neomie's eyes and then slowly lowered his head to hers. His tongue rolled out of his jaws and lapped across Neomie's muzzle, his tail wagging slowly.

Neomie closed her eyes as he licked her. Then she licked him back, "We belong together..." She said too quiet for him to hear...

Hades ears flickered slightly, catching what Neomie had said but it turned sounded like a mumble to him. He suddenly pinned Neomie down against her back, his eyes devious and sly. Hades placed his paws by Neomie's shoulders and propped his nose up against hers. "I'm sorry," he said softly, gently licking the base of Neomie's neck. "I didn't quite catch that..." Hades said, nuzzling Neomie's neck softly.
