Della looked over at Jack, then shrugged. "I dunno." She whispered back. "Personally, I think he's a bandit. He's awful suspicious looking, isn't he?" She mused, thinking about it for awhile. "He came onboard when some bandits tried to raid our ship, but I think he claims he fought some of the bandits... He hasn't done anything too suspicious, but I wouldn't trust him as far as I can throw him." She decided.

Sapphire felt uncertain. Would this be dangerous? At least Drimaethor was with her, and Della has proven to be trustworthy, so it might be worth a shot. But what about the others? A possible bandit, a suspicious magic user, and so many more. Then again, who knows if Della might help her in the future. Sapphire was worried that she might regret this, but she decided that she would travel with them. "I-I'll come" Sapphire looked at her feet, and continued in her quiet voice, "I mean, there is protection and strength in numbers, right?"

One of those "click to grow" things, click a few, if you can. At least the eggs, that way I can get more, since there is a 4-egg limit.

Zeph was caught slightly off guard at Ferondir pulling him away from the rest of the group.
Oh-uh... Hey there. He said, brushing his hair out of his face, when Ferondir finally let go of his cloak sleeve.
Its not really scanning.. its...
He pondered on that for a moment.
Its like a bubble of electricity around me and I can detect certain things in that bubble. Like the crystals in your staff
He said, pointing at it.
Its like... I project the bubble, and I can just... feel what I'm looking for.
It really works on your hook. I think it has an inclination to metallic stuff, but it isn't limited to them
I think we established why I didn't tell you sooner Zeph said dryly.
Anyways He said, now with the soft glow in his eyes back.
I haven't always been able too... It just sort of... Started.
He never really placed when it started.
Now that he thought about it... it was after he absorbed all the energy from Della.
The glow in his eyes began brighter, and had sparks of light blue in it.
By the way, its probably not a good idea to keep breaded food in your pockets
He said, pointing at Ferondirs pocket, then smirking.
Its rather fun.

Ferondir sighed. "Well then." He paused. "Don't go looking through my clothes, man," He felt the heat rising in his cheeks. "I was hungry, okay?"

Drimaethor chuckled at how comfortable this group was with each other.
"So Guzore, what exactly brought you and your group here? People don't often come here"
He was rather curious. After all it was a strange party; several humans, a couple of which used only magic, and a goron, a people who hardly left their mountain homes. Not that he could say anything of course.

Oh, it's a funny story, brother! Guzore began.
I was just strolling through the woods when I found most of these guys arguing about a tree or something. One of them invited us onto his ship for dinner, and I couldn't possibly say no to that. Who could? Dinner is amazing! This one time, I had a giant steak at my uncle's house, and it was really incredibly delicious...
Guzore suddenly realized he was trailing off and that they should get moving into the mansion.
Anyway, some bandits attacked, Jack fell out of a barrel, we built some giant sand castles, and now we're here. I can't wait to see what's in the mansion!
Guzore led everyone to the top of the hill overlooking the lake where the mansion was. With a look of determination, Guzore opened the doors and walked in, with everyone following behind.

(Btw, here's a map of the mansion. You guys can split up if you want, but wait until I decide whether a battle is initiated or a chest appears in a room before doing something in it. The numbers don't dictate the orders of the rooms you go in, and if multiple people in a room find a chest, each one of them gets treasure from it. Don't do drugs and keep track of your room number just in case okay bye)

\\I call room 11, if we stay at the mansion XD Also, I've got something cool that Ive been working on all day~
So, I spent most of today using Gimp (The drawing thing Bryce uses), And I'm actually getting the hang of it.
So, naturally I wanted to do a drawing of Zeph or something...which is in the works.
Until then, I edited some photos of other things. To my surprise, with Bryce's help of course, Gimp was pretty useful!
Its definately different than what I usually do, which is draw digitally on a ipad. Instead, I used a mouse xD
And the quality isn't as good as it actually is, because I had to screenshot them, because I cant upload directly to chicken smoothie >.<
Anyways. Here they are!

The first photo corresponds to Zeph's line on page 11, after they defeat the bandits.
The second corresponds to his line on page 16, when he and Ferondir are on the main deck.
:D
Edit!
This one is when Zeph and Ferondir get to the campsite, and Zeph is setting up the warding alarm :D.

Jack wasn't going to wait for all of these other people to finish shuffling their feet. As quietly as possible Jack tiptoed through a series of doors. As he went through the mansion the sounds from the rest of the group got quieter.
Jack wasn't entirely sure where he was when he tripped over something and fell down. As Jack hit the floor he let out an involuntary cry of pain which echoed throughout the unsettling mansion.
THUMP. Aaaaaagh!
His addled brain hoped that there was nothing to hear him. Even another one of the party members would just ridicule Jack if they saw that he tripped over... What had he tripped over? Once his head stopped aching Jack would probably look.

Guzore looked around the room they had just entered in the mansion. The wallpaper had such a nice pattern on it, the carpet still looked new, and the furniture had a nice antique feel to it. Remembering that he came there for an adventure, he turned to his friends.
Alright, brothers. This is it; the place we've all been waiting for! It looks like mostly everybody's here, so let's set up a plan for what we should do if we get seperated and how we should signal each other in case of emergency and how we should divide up the treasure we find
As Guzore rambled on, a strange sound echoed from deep within the walls of the mansion and began to shake the floor. Guzore immediately grew silent as he noticed the ground rumbling. The figures' eyes in the paintings on the walls glared towards everyone and the shaking ended with one violent thump.
Ohoho... new guests, I see? Quite a bit more than I usually get...
Guzore was shocked. Who was speaking to them? This mansion was abandoned... right?
Wha... who are you? What do you mean 'more than you usually get?' I thought nobody had come to this mansion before us!
Hmmm, is that so? I'm afraid you're wrong about that one. Plenty of travelers and explorers come to my mansion all the time, seeking treasure, books, and adventure just like you. Needless to say, none of them have ever left this mansion.
Guzore froze in fright. This wasn't his idea of a great adventure at all. What if the people before had taken all the treasure? No, that should be the least of his worries. What if him and his friends never got out alive? It'd be all his fault. He hadn't planned this out enough. He was lazy and expected things to just go his way. One thing the strange voice said caught his attention though.
Wait, if other people come here all the time and never escape, how come I've never heard of this? Wouldn't someone's friends and family notice if they suddenly disappeared in a mansion?
Ohoho... You see, my boy, that's my favorite part of this mansion's curse. These adventurers don't just disappear from the outside world.

They disappear from everyone's memories, too.
