Mousepaw finished eating and licked his lips. "Do you want to go swimming?"

Bluepaw paused and thought for a moment. "Technically we shouldn't go without a warrior but hey, why not?" she agreed after a moment, getting up. "Come on!"

Forbiddensong thought for a moment. "I don't really care, whatever you want to do." She repeated, holding back a laugh.

Brackencloud

"The only way you will be swimming is if you are fishing." Brackencloud heard the young cats talking and had approached without them noticing. "You go out hunting without a warrior today and instead of bringing back prey you bring back a little less fur. If you don't bring anything back while you are out then you'll be replacing all the dens with fresh bedding for a month."

Bluepaw nodded hurriedly. "Yes, Brackencloud! I promise to bring back more prey then I did earlier." She dipped her head to the warrior, then glanced at Mousepaw. "We better go before we receive a worse punishment!"

Mousepaw

Mousepaw grunted "yes Brackencloud." Even though Mousepaw would have loved to prove Brackencloud that he did catch something he didn't want to make Bluepaw look bad. He quickly headed to the entrance assuming Bluepaw would follow.

Once Mousepaw was out of sight Brackencloud padded over to Maplepaw. "Maplepaw would you follow your brother and make sure he hunts by the river and doesn't get into trouble?"

Maplepaw

"Sure." Maplepaw waited a moment before getting up. Once out of the camp she started following the trail making sure to stay a safe way behind.

Bluepaw bounded after Mousepaw as he left camp, not noticing that Maplepaw was tagging on behind. She reached his side and slowed down. "I bet I can catch more fish than you."

"Cannot!" Mousepaw was glad his shoulder didn't bother him much anymore other wise he might not be able to fish very well.

Maplepaw

Maplepaw could hear Bluepaw and Mousepaw ahead. She knew Mousepaw liked Frostpaw but did Bluepaw know that too? And Mousepaw seemed to like Bluepaw too.

"Yes I can!" Bluepaw argued back, determined to prove him wrong now, turning it into a friendly competition. She glanced at him and caught herself smiling for no reason, quickly stopping herself. 'What's wrong with me?' she wondered, shaking her head.

Mousepaw

Mousepaw and surprisingly happy and was glad when they got to the river. He sat down on the bank to admire the pretty water.

Maplepaw

Maplepaw chose to sit in a tree where she could observe but could not be seen from the river.

Brackencloud

Brackencloud groomed herself before leaving the camp to go on a walk by the border.
