@hatome I think that Owari no Seraph has a pretty good plot, and the art is gorgeous. The character designs are among the better ones I've seen in anime. I like how it goes into the ramifications of the impact of humans on the world and doesn't really establish a strong 'good' side or 'bad' side within the story. However, maybe I'm a little bit jaded after watching one too many 'must kill all of the ______ to take revenge for _____' shows, so sometimes I find it tiresome. However, the last few episodes are really quite stellar in terms of pulling in attention. The first part is a lot of worldbuilding, or so I felt.
Unfortunately, I don't really like most of the characters. I find myself frustrated by their personalities and actions, and how arrogance is rewarded instead of sometimes being shown to have potentially bad consequences. That really destroyed my enjoyment of the show, since I couldn't empathize with any of them and spent most of the time in an unnecessary state of irritation- but of course, that's also personal preference. I'd suggest getting an opinion from somebody who enjoyed the show more than I did :b Best to have more perspectives.

Because not everyone who is able/or available to answer certain questions reads every single post, or might not have the time to reply. Just because your question was overlooked does not mean you're being ignored. <3
Even when I, myself, see posts or questions that I'd like to reply to, I'm not always available right at that moment to reply. I might be on my way to work, just about to leave, or just checking in on CS on my phone real quick while I'm out. And later, when I do have time, I have already forgotten about the post due to a busy life and more important things that are on my mind.

I enjoy(ed) Owari no Seraph a LOT more than Shingeki no Kyojin. /cough obsessed with it tbh

The background art is beautiful though. I love.
I think that the vampires look better than the humans. Clothing and character appearance anyway.
Not too bad. RLY HARD TO MAKE FOR COSPLAY THOUGH IMO
Climax is at episode 11.
Episode 12 leaves you questioning some things.
Animation is alright. Some bit weren't animated but just a static image being "shaken" which was disappointing bc
I wanted to see the lots of action in the scenes. But that's more towards later episodes and not the whole thing thankfully.
