10. no cats with the same prefix, however suffix is fine.
11. no cats with the name -star as their prefix.
12. roseclan and lakeclan, my other clans, is breezeclan's bordering clan.
13. ignore anybody who breaks the rules, i can deal with that.
14. please do not go five pages without the more imporntant roles inactive.
