He can feel himself tense up, not sure whether to speak or let Tawnystep do all the talking as the older tom. Clearing his throat again, yet avoid eye contact he manages a reply. "M-morning, Swallowfall." This cat wasn't used to feeling unsure of himself, but being able to hurt this cat's feelings again made his mind buzz.

She'd been training when Snowpaw joined the clan, she didn't remember much about it only that she was sent to the den for a good check up. The cat had not been to the cutters and still had claws which made her useful, but there was something else she didn't recall. "She never mentioned anything about her past or having siblings, perhaps something happened while she was on her own."

I took a deep breath, caught a bird, and started back to camp. I could get over Pantherstrike. It was okay.

He shakes his head, guessing she wanted to hunt or hang out with Weavertail again. Waiting to see if his companion showed silence again, the tom nudges him again. The grey cat beside him looked tense and nervous, letting off a strange energy that wasn't quite positive or negative.

He scowls at the red tom beside him, annoyed at being poked and shoved for not speaking. "I'm free, Lightningstar is too busy with kittypets to organize patrols and I haven't seen Petalstep around either." The deputy was his main concern as the only sane leader role recently.
