Am I the only one who got really pissed when I heard that PETA made a Pokemon game? It consists of Pokemon fighting to get away from abusive trainers. That's a load of crap, Pokemon aren't like pets or property, they're our friends and partners, through and through. PETA needs to stop with their Pokemon based protests, it's a game for Pete's sake, I agree, you shouldn't force animals like dogs or roosters to fight, but Pokemon aren't natural animals. Imagine what would happen if Pokemon were real, PETA would go nuts with protests.

technically peta doesn't have the rightto make a pokemon game if it's a fake game it's considered an emulator and nintendo says emulators are illegal so peta could get into trouble for this XD

peta already took the turn down cult road anyway it's sick and disgusting that they make fake versions of games which by the way i'm pretty sure the game is considered an emulator a sick and twisted one but an emulator at that and technically that is considered by nintendo's standards illegal.

also pretty sure they are protesting pokemon for no reason i mean really pokemon aren't real animals they are pixels someone should tell peta that games don't promote violence in fact games aren't real and they really need to lay off of the gaming industry i mean really geting all worked up and protesting over pixellated images? Sometimes it makes just want to sit back and laugh at their protests about half them these days don't make sense i mean they've already failed with their legit protests so they are choosing to go after games they really are fighting a losing battle in terms what they protest these days.

If you think about it from a non storyline of pokemon standpoint and sit back and look at realistically you can see that peta will protest anything these days and that is why no one likes them XD.

Also, Brand Sins said that Pocket Monsters changed its name to Pokémon to clear its bad name after Denno Senshi Porygon. I'm surprised nobody in the comments picked up on how blatantly false that statement is. (The reason it was called Pokémon was for copyright reasons involving the similarly-named Monster in My Pocket.)

i sadly lost my pokemon SS (soulsilver) somewhere in my house...
i played that game for 109 hours and 32 minutes and i am realy sad about it .. especialy with my shiny lugia on it. that lugia was my first legendary and it imediatly was shiny . anybody has tips for finding it back (its about my howl DS not only the game)

Pokemon Black and Blue is PETA's own Pokemon game, I don't think it's an emulator, it's a flash game. But you're right, Pokemon doesn't encourage violence, it encourages friendship, fighting for what's right, and pursuing your dreams, in my mind.

PETA's videos make me sick to my stomach, I agree with some of the stuff they say, like the whole thing with chicken conditions, because they cut off the tips of chickens' beaks so they won't peck each other to death, which they do because their kept in a confined area that doesn't give them enough room. Farm animals need wide open space and all natural food to be considered good food.
