Welcome to the Packs!

There are two packs of wolves living in this region: the Alpine Pack and the Sun Pack. Both packs have honorable and strong wolves, but each pack has different values. These two packs are perpetually in a strained harmony, and often are flung together in various skirmishes and battles. Each pack has it's own territory, wolves, strengths and values. Each pack needs members willing to fight and hunt to preserve their pack, as both are in desperate need of more prey and territory. Without fine woles to protect their legacy, these packs will die out, and the land will die. Each need your wolves to accept the challenges of pack life, to keep these packs alive. Sun Pack and Alpine Pack must not only fight the land to survive, but fight each other as well. Sun or Alpine? Both are fine options-
The choice is yours.

Sun Pack lives in a valley in the mountains. They get lots of sun there (hence the name), they take great pride in living below the Alpine pack and it reflects in their moral and rules.

Sun Pack consistently strives to be humble and chivalrous. Wolves who live in the Sun Pack strive to:

1. Be friendly
2. Put the intentions of others before there own
3. Be exceptionally loyal to there friends and family
4. Be patient with others
5. Try anything
6. Fight for justice
7. Never be afraid

The ALPINE PACK


Welcome to the Alpine Pack!
Wolves in the Alpine pack are generally small, lithe, nimble, and surefooted, which is necessary in their mountainside home. They climb cliffs and rock faces from a young age, and hunt and roam on steep rocks their entire life. They, as the name suggests, live on a medium-size mountain face, with various shrubs, pines, aspens, and oaks. They hunt whatever prey they find, including mountain goats, deer, elk, squirrels, pikas, chipmunks, and on occasion moose, along with mountain lion if they can catch it. They also supplement their diet with some plants, such as berries, when prey is running low.
Wolves in the Alpine Pack need to be clever and cunning in order to catch their fleet-footed prey, and value INTELLIGENCE, CUNNING, HONESTY, LOYALTY, and STRENGTH
Alpine Pack Rules:

1. Never hurt a pack member, regardless of rank
2. NEVER hurt a pup, regardless of pack
3. Never betray your pack or pack members
4. Be open to new ideas
5. No wolf under 2 years may go off alone, no matter how sure-footed
6. Never be afraid to admit you're wrong
7. Always stand up for what you believe is right
8. All decisions that concern the pack must be made with at least five pack wolves, including the Healer and Alpha
9. All opinions are valid- always listen to ALL pack members

ROLEPLAY RULES

1. Drama is encouraged in the roleplay, but forbidden in OOC. If you have a problem with another user, please settle it elsewhere
2. No killing off another user's wolf, unless you have pm'd both that user and me (or Thomas~NEWT~Sangster).
3. Please have at least two sentences per post, or, if that isn't possible for you, at least give enough so the next person can reply.
4. Please don't go more than 3 pages when there are just 2 people
5. Pack rules may be broken for drama, but be aware that your wolves can be punshed for breaking them.
6. Thomas~NEWT~Sangster and I are co-running this, so please listen to both of us. Don't worry, we're both nice, and won't be snobby if you do something wrong- we just want to make sure everything runs smoothly
7. Please don't be your own mate or crush- if you feel as if you absolutely MUST break this rule, PM me or Thomas~NEWT~Sangster
8. Loners ARE allowed, but please have them join a pack eventually

11. Please, no perfect characters. They're incredibly boring

UNIVERSAL PACK RULES
1. Always obey the Alpha, as well as all high- ranking pack members
2. No hunting in the other pack's territory
3. Healers are to be listened to and obeyed when it comes to matters of pack health
4. Never fight to kill
5. Healers and Alphas may cross pack boundaries without punishment if it is to seek help or advice from the other pack
6. Never be mates or close friends with and wolf from the other Pack[/list]

Personality: ESFJ (if you want to look into it more) Kirit is always happy and willing to help, he is very social and can't stand being alone, he is driven by a sense of duty to his pack. Kirit won't give up on finding a solution if it means that it will help his pack. He loves pups and pups love him, he always wanted some of his own. He is a fun, energetic, and really quite silly wolf most of the time but with screw his head on straight when he needs to.
Description: Kirit is mostly a golden yellow color with white on his belly and paws he has gold eyes and a gentle smile. Always had his ears perked and tail high. Very bushy tail.
*History: Was born into the alpha position in by way of his alpha ranked mother, Dawn, and his father, Okibi. Now they have both died of old age, Kirit has taken over and leads with the same looks as his father and the same personality of his mother.

Personality: Quirr is headstrong and proud. She is very intelligent, shrewd, and honest, and always tries to do the best for her pack. She is an excellent hunter, although only a mediorcre fighter. She trusts all of her pack members, and dislikes all Sun Pack wolves. She can be very kind, but generally comes across as frosty, although she doesn't try to. Quirr can be too proud, and has a hard time relying on other wolves, and having faith that they can do things right. Quirr is very open, and has a tendency to both read to much into things, and to be very narrow-minded. She has great faith in her pack as a whole, bu needs some help to have faith in all of it's separate members
Description: Quirr has a reddish coat, with the lean build that is common among the Alpine Pack. She is has long legs, which help her both navigate the rocky terrain and catch prey, but isn't muscular enough to be a good fighter. Her eyes are a deep brown with flecks of amber and gold, and she has a lighter underbelly and tail tip, with a darker back and ear tips.
*History: Not much, Quirr has no siblings, and both of her parents dissapeared one day. Neither of them were great parents, so this doesn't bother her.
