Littlestep was taking the last bites of the vole she'd chosen from the fresh-kill pile when she spotted the golden pelt of Goldstripe. Since the battle she'd really been both too busy with the kits and full of grief from all the loss to talk to any of her new clan mates, she also knew the she-cat was her daughter's mentor. Finishing up the warrior stood and walked over to where the other fae was resting, "Afternoon." She greeted the feline.

Darkclaw padded out of the warriors den as soon as he woke up. He padded out of camp to go hunting. He soon got bored, after all he didn't scent any prey. He didn't want to come back without prey so he kept going. He soon scented a mouse. As soon as he saw the mouse, he pounced. He picked up the mouse in his jaws. He padded back to camp and dropped it into the fresh-kill pile.
