It's Amagi Brilliant Park, I think? I haven't watched it, but it's by KyoAni (who made Free!)

Amagi Brilliant Park! I watched it, it was "okay" - not really anything I'd watch twice if I could help it. The ending wasn't very satisfying for me either. There were some funny scenes, but there was a also a lot of parts that just killed it for me.
Seiya and the animation/character designs were pretty though :'D (KyoAni is bee-uteeful and u cant tell me otherwise)

If you're looking for a movie, rather than series', my sister and I both enjoyed The Girl Who Leapt Through Time as well as Omoide no Marnie. c:

But, out of the series' that I suggested in my previous post, I highly highly recommend Barkamon. My sister loved it, her friends loved it, I'm introducing a friend of mine to anime who's loving it, and I'm enjoying my second time watching it again. ^v^
It's funny, cute, clean, and just super fun to watch. :3
