so honestly, hoards are hard.
choosing the right pet which is:
- a low enough rarity so people will be willing to give it up
- in low demand, so no overpay
- not a lot of people are hoarding.

the struggle is too real ;w;
planning on starting a hoard soon, but questioning which pet to choose.

I dont look at any of those things lol i hoard that what i like. Sure, some are hard to get, some arent. But chosing a pet purely on it being easy, wheres the effort and fun in that?

I agree with DaDwarf. I'm hoarding (or rather, attempting to hoard) Grinners, Cerberus, and Shima Longtails. I don't have very many, but I love them and want more!

I don't have the opportunity to overpay and
such for pets as I don't have much fodder ;-;
if I had enough pets to trade for a hoard I
would, because personally I do like a challenge.

I think I am doing pretty good so far with my "Rock Around The Clock" hoard c:
I already achieved my goal of 25 from the pink/heart ones, as well as almost with the blue/star ones (just one more to go)
The others aren't that easy to get, the lightling/cloud one seems to be more uncommon, as well as the still growing one... but I guess the still growing one is also harder to achieve, because it's not full grown yet, which means I can't put it on my Wishlist.
So far I have:

My advice is to start with a pet you like from after you have joined. Also join flightrising, eldemore and other popular offsite trading sites to use for fodder.. FR i rarely play except to collect treasure and buy gems for CS trades.. this will give you the ability to get more tradig fodder as well as hoard pets



On another note.. while my cow hoard has reached 1000, my original goal, i cant seem to stop offering on them! Heck i am even still overpaying

I would go for fifty - 100 all together.

and I myself have started a few hoards, and have completed two already! they're not as hard to get as anticipated...

I am hoarding the Guinea Pigs and I am trying to get 25 of each... since there are four, that would be 100 all together ^-^
